Enjoy Parking Park & Ride

Once we found the entrance all was good, easy to park, easy drop off for keys then short wait for shuttle bus to terminal. Return equally good. Definitely book again

FHR was easy to use to book my parking. Maple at Stansted was easy to find, using FHR's instructions. What left a sour taste in my mouth was the fact that my dash cam recordings were not on the memory card for the calendar dates my vehicle was in Maple's care. i.e. 11th to 14th August 2026. How could that happen?

tThe car park needs a lot of improvements as its based in a container there is a shelter to wait under on uneven ground without seats and you have to struggle across the ground to where the bus for airport pulls up then on your return it drops up about 100 yards away and as a slightly disabled man i found the whole thing a struggle.

My friends told me all of these horror stories of my car being used by staff, being damaged and other things. So I took a photo of the miles and intended on taking pics on arrival. Your vehicle gets scanned to show what its like on arrival. I know they move cars but ours didn't even do a mile, they used a seat protector and we were thrilled with the service.

Efficient and simple service. The staff are friendly and professional and the buses to and from the terminal run regularly. Competitively priced. This is our go to parking at Stansted.

Good parking. I had to wait longer than expected to getting the mini bus to the airport which was a little concerning but otherwise ok. It needs to be clearer why we have to call 30 minutes before arrival at the car park because this requires us to call while driving, which may not be safe or convenient to do so.

Best value parking in the area, easy to book, fast transit to the airport (same time as if using the mid term airport parking which was considerably more expensive), pick up was just as easy. Would use them again without worry.

Everything went as planned

Great price, easy to find, organised set up working out of a portacabin, timely use transfers and they have English people working for them. Totally different from my Meet and Greet at Heathrow in February who are just criminals and cost me £700 ro repair the damage. Maple Parking are as professional as you get. When I left my keys with them, I felt confident that they would look after my car and they did.

Overall good experience clear instructions

Easy to book, slightly tricky to find despite adding postcode to satnav, signage says Maple Parking (expecting FHR). Once found quick, efficient check-in and bus to airport left within 5 minutes.

FHR need to have a sign put up at Stanstead. Why dont you say its Maple Parking. I for one could not find you easily without asking APH. Not a good start at all. Once found staff were good on greeting. On returning staff abrupt. Just asked my name. No thanks for parking with us hope to be of service to you again would of been great. Nothing was said.
