Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.What is the pick-up procedure?

Excellent car park and service but very hard to find, even with sat nav. Also told that a £5 fee needed to be paid in cash on the website to be told it needed to be a card payment when we arrived.

The car park was a uneven surface and very dark and as it was raining we had to walk round small puddles not easy when pulling cases.Would use FHR parking again as I have many times before but would avoid this car park.

Friendly reception, transfer was quick. Prompt pick-up close to midnight and, on return, they were already warming the car up in below freezing conditions. Excellent, friendly service.

We have used the 'I love park and ride' service many times through FHR. This time we had to wait 15 mins early on a dark,cold, damp morning. There was no bus on site to take us to the airport. On previous times we have had little, indeed usually no wait. On our return it was raining. When I phoned I was told to go to Zone C as a bus was on its way. A bus finally arrived after waiting 20 minutes in the rain. This was not a patch on the pre covid service. Unlikely to book again.

The parking site is good the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the sat Nav direction and the address you provided if is not for the site staff I don't think we will be able to find it. Please update you direction otherwise all good great service.

We had a very good experience with FHR. The drivers at both end of the journey were polite and helpful. Our biggest challenge was finding and accessing the car park location. The car park needs better signposting both online and on the ground The post code takes you miles away via sat nav!

The I Love Park and ride car park is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7. A £5.00 per vehicle airport access fee is payable in cash on arrival at Reception to cover all drop off and collection feesOutbound instructions
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions (emergency number the number on your confirmation )
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
