Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.What is the pick-up procedure?
Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles.What security measures does the car park have?

a cost effective, friendly way to park the car when travelling. The service was very good and having the car waiting for me when I arrived back saved a lot of time. There was no need to wait for a bus to get from the airport to the car park. the chauffeur was very friendly and punctual both when pciking up the car on arrival and upon my return.

The service that I received was fantastic. As my return flight was on New Years eve my original booking could not be fulfilled, therefore my parking was upgraded at no extra cost. This was done quickly and easily with absolutely no fuss. the chauffeurs were very friendly and punctual and i would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Very impressed, no hassle and much easier than parking in long-stay! Only criticism is that I didn't realise I'd be waiting outdoors on return trip -- I got rather cold as wasn't dressed for it -- but will know better next time. Thank you!

Booked the night before the flight. All worked perfectly. Cheaper and more convenient than the long stay car park on special offer. Travelling with 7 mth old twins, this really took some of the stress out of the travelling. Will rebook every time.

IMPORTANTA fee of £7.50 will has been included in the cost of your booking to cover airport forecourt access fees on arrival and £7 will be payable by you at the barrier, as a forecourt exit fee, on your return.
Your car is unable to be on the forecourt for more than 10 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car on return and exit the forecourt within the 10 minute period as you are now required to pay the exit fee at the barrier of £7 by credit card contactless/pin or by cash for up to 10 mins. (EMERGENCY No. the number on your confirmation )
Outbound meet instructions
Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.
Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.
If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.
Return instructions
Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. It is essential to make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles to ensure a prompt delivery of your car. Please remain on the same level as departures.
Due to new tariffs on the forecourt, your car is unable to be on the forecourt for more than 10 minutes so
it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car and exit the forecourt within the 10 minute period, otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees (£50 over 10 minutes)
On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.
