What is the drop-off procedure?

Drop your keys off with one of our trusted team at the Meet & Greet reception, just a short walk from check-in. When you report to reception, having pulled-up in the drop-off area, you will hand your keys to valet staff.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On return from your trip please go to the Meet & Greet Reception office located by the Meet & Greet car park. Staff will return your keys and direct you to your car.

Stansted Meet and Greet

Not what I consider valet parking. The meet area is on the passenger drop off as most meet and greet - but even further away right at the opposite end of the terminal form the departure security gates. On arrival, you have to go downstairs to the car park and pick up your car...I can't imagine valet parking in a hotel where they throw you your keys and say it's 150 yards away in the car park. This is the premium parking at Stansted? Hardly better than parking it yourself. I'll go for a lower priced, but kerb-to kerb meet and greet in future. I usually do and wish I had done this time.
