Easy to park, excellent access for the terminal. Entry and exit without any issues. Fair price.

This is not the first time that we have had this problem but, on arrival at the car park, the camera did not recognise our car, so we had to press the button to ask what the problem was, and was told by a lady to hold on and he would find out, but, never came back to us, so we reversed and went to the next barrier, where the same thing happened, so we press the button this time and man answered and ask our name, and raised the barrier for us. This problem was not only an embarrassment for us holding up the traffic behind us, but, could of caused problems with us missing our flight.

So easy to find - park up and walk to the departures and arrivals. Highly recommend.

Fully automated, Paid the money, filled in my details, pulled up to the barrier at Bournemouth car park where the vehicle was identified through ANPR parked............ Simples Thank you.

Always use FHR and would recommend them to everyone.

It's so, so easy to park and fly from Bournemouth. The car park is right opposite the departures building - 5 minutes walk. FHR gave very clear instructions on how to enter the car park and where to park. When we returned we simply drove out. No hassle. Brill!

Good price and easy parking

Never had any problems before, but, this time the barrier didnt recognize our number plate and wouldnt let us in, had to wait ages for someone to answer us to lift the barrier, and coming home was even worse, we sat in the car waiting for someone to lift the barrier for at least minutes, it was very embarrassing as there was a queue of cars behind us waiting to get out of the car park, it caused chaos as they were all trying to reverse from behind us to get into another lane.On this occasion I would only be able to give 2 star, but, would like to say it has always been good

Good convenient parking, only problem was that the system did not recognise the car number

Very easy booking procedure, email came through straightaway. Smooth entrance to the car park, barrier raised as we approached and the same on leaving.

Good car park now the registration recognition system now working. Better this time in finding a place but other times it can has taken a while to get parked. Some spaces get water logged so not good if you arrive back in the dark as lighting not brilliant.
