No hassle, found space, left car then on return inserted ticket and drove out

Straightforward, close to the airport ,l a breeze to use

Very disappointed to discover that after the recent storm where most flights were cancelled, meaning our weekend trip had to be abandoned, that there was no way of receiving even a partial refund, or even (as far as I could see) having any dialogue about these exceptional circumstances. Overall my previous experience of the parking at Edinburgh Airport is good. But once they have your money, in these circumstances, they'll definitely keep it. I If I'm wrong, I'll look forward to being corrected .... here.....

I use this carpark 4-5 times per/year and it’s perfect for us, near to the airport, clean with cover from the elements. On this particular trip, I had a problem due to a change of flight times by Ryanair. The parking machine showed a hugely incorrect total when we went to exit the car park. We contacted the attendant via the microphone, and he cleared up the situation quickly 👏👏. The fast track is an added benefit which is included in the price.

I had a problem getting through the barrier on the way into the terminal parking multi-storey and ended up with two tickets in the process. When we were leaving, the ticket bearing our car registration number had no entry data and the other one required £510 to allow exit. This matter was easily solved by using the assistance button but, in my panic, I had not noticed this existed and there was a worrying time before I was advised of it and then used it.

Easy to park and on return straight out of terminal and into your car within mins.

So easy to park with fast track and return so easy. We got a deal also so 0rice was great. This is second time using and will use again. If the price is right .

I changed the car I was parking a month or so before my stay and unfortunately it wasn’t changed when we arrived or departed the car park. Had to press for assistance and hold the busy queue up even more
