Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmationwhen you are 10 minutes from the hotel.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect your luggage, clear customs and call our representative on the number on your confirmation to arrange delivery of your car.

What security measures does the car park have?

With 30 years experience of running meet and greet and Gatwick, have your car collected and delivered at the terminal by the I Love Meet & Greet team. Cars are stored in a car park located 2 miles from the airport.

Prompt ,courteous and friendly attitude of the driver who collected my car. Similar on return - though slight delay (20 mins) awaiting return of car. Have used this company before and have never had any concerns. Would happily recommend them.

Cannot fault this service! Absolutely no hassle whatsoever. Polite drivers, brilliant customer care. Great just to walk out of the terminal after a long tiring flight to have your car waiting for you. No messing around lugging cases on and off buses. Definitely recommend.

Perfect slick operation. As we arrived at the hotel the driver was waiting. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel stay brilliant. On our return we called when we entered arrivals as advised and waited 5 mins for a lovely driver who quickly passed back the car to us. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Your Meet and Greet parking at I Love Meet and Greet Parking. Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

Outbound
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport

Please drive to North Terminal following signs to the Sofitel. Enter the Sofitel hotel forecourt area and wait for your chauffeur.

North terminal - inbound
To ensure all our clients have a fast and efficient service, please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation to have your car delivered. There is a no waiting policy at this terminal so please ensure you are ready to collect your car when you call. Exit the building on the ground floor, walk between the 2 cars parks opposite and wait in the far end of the set down area. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

South terminal - inbound
To ensure all our clients have a fast and efficient service, please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation to have your car delivered. There is a no waiting policy at this terminal so please ensure you are ready to collect your car when you call. Follow signs for 'Courtesy Coaches', exit the building and take a lift down to the ground floor. Cross to the outside lane where your car will be delivered to you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
