Allegiance Park and Ride

Dreadful place to leave your car, do not do it. We booked via FHR as it looked professional saying it has "Comprehensive Security: Your vehicle is safeguarded by 24/7 CCTV monitoring, manned security", but in reality we turned up at 7am, there were no spaces available in the hard standing car park so they moved several cars around on gravel wasteland to create a space and told us to park there. Had we not had a flight to catch we would not have left it, the alarm bells were immediately ringing. We took keys with us and were shuttled to Hatton Cross. So not the quickest drop off with all the car manouvering that had to be done. When we returned, it advertises shuttles every 15 mins, we waited 30 mins. But our main issue, is our car bumper was damaged and despite advertising having CCTV the company will accept no liability and have since told us the CCTV only covers the entrance not the car park itself. There are cars rammed in all over the place as it's also used as a car rental place so they are constantly moving cars around to squeeze more in, totally overselling the number of spaces they have available. When you are paying over £100 for parking, (it wasn't really much cheaper than anywhere else) you expect your car to be safe and undamaged when you return. When I pointed out the damage to them they just fobbed me off and told me to take photos and send to FHR who I booked via, which I did, then they just sent email response to FHR saying they accept no liability. So if you want your car as you left it, do not use this car park.

All good - easy drop off and collection to Heathrow via the nearby Tube station.

Booked last minute through FHR, off airport but with airport transfer so quite happy. Arrived at the postcode and was immediately suspicious. This was an obviously neglected and half abandoned office building in a really grubby area. Went round to the office to find two members of staff involved in their own argument with disgruntled customers. Waited nearly 40 minutes for the airport transfer only to be told that they no longer went to Heathrow but would drop me at Hatton Cross. A member of staff eventually took me as the driver had gone AWOL. Left my car in what was obviously the staff car park from when the building was a thriving business. Deeply concerned but committed as I was now pushing it for the flight. On my return had to get the underground (with all my luggage) to Hatton Cross. I had already contacted them from T5 to tell them I was on the way but still had to wait for 20 minutes. Thankfully, car was intact with no damage. Definitely a dodgy outfit and doesn’t reflect well on FHR.

When we turned up at the location for Allegiance Park and Ride it was difficult to find. When we did eventually locate their office, we were immediately told that they didn't have our booking and we couldn't park. They added that we would have to leave the property straight away or we would be charged for parking. This was on a Sunday just a few hours before our flight, so we were left completely out of options as we couldn't call the office number they had given us. In the end, we had to book another airport parking service for a significantly higher cost, which was an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. BookFHR were exceptionally good in terms of handling this matter in the weeks after, so I would be happy to sort parking through BookFHR again - but will steer well clear of Allegiance Park and Ride in the future.

When I booked the service was direct to the airport terminal but later on was changed to drop off at the tube station. Although this was communicated via email I actually didn't see this until it was too late to cancel. It would have been ok if it wasn't for the fact that they're were 2 flights of stairs at the tube station and we had large suitcases.

The parking is a good location. You can park your own car and wait for a shuttle to Hatton Cross tube, where there is free travel direct to the terminal. Staff are friendly and helpful. Negatives: we arrived back early, but office doesn't open until 7 am. This would also be a problem if you were late in the evening. Took a while to get out of the car park, as they had to move a couple of other vehicles to make room

Would never book again shuttle bus only takes you to local train station and you need to get yourselves to the terminal. Although you have your keys for your car if you arrive back early which we were security won't let you into the complex until 7am . Don't use more convenient places to use without the hassle

Very good experience with this straightforward parking service. Car exactly as was left. Liked being able to keep my keys. We didn’t need to use the shuttle to or from the airport so can’t comment on this.

The car park is part of a car hire company. I parked my car quite close to the office, as it isn’t a closed compound and I didn’t see any security cameras. I was quite disappointed that when I booked, there was a shuttle service to the airport. It has now changed. They shuttle you to a tube station which has a free tube to the terminals. (I had received an email informing me, but it was too late to book elsewhere.) Because I am partially disabled, I dropped my wife off with the cases at the airport before I parked. When I said about this to the staff, they said that if I called when I arrived back, they may be able to get a shuttle to pick me up at the airport. Fortunately for me, they were able to. I didn’t have to wait long. If I could manage the cases on the tube, I would use it again.

Had a bit of a wait on my return because my car was blocked in by five cars, apart from that I was satisfied with their service and competitive price.

Left car for a month over Christmas and New Year. Great experience, car parked and take keys with us so no one can move the vehicle. Given a lift in a mini bus to Hatton Cross shuttle and then one stop to Heathrow (free). V competitively priced, polite staff, secure parking. Thx

The booking includes transport from the car park to Hatton Cross Tube Station, one stop away from Heathrow. The transfer to Hatton Cross is well managed. At Hatton Cross passengers have to descend two flights of stairs. There are no escalators or lifts, and manhandling luggage is difficult. Passengers with hoild luggage should think twice about using the parking service. Alternatively, factor in cost of taxi from car park or Hatton tube station.

We received a Fantastic service from start to finish. Calls, emails and queries were very well & VERY professionally handled - special mention Alanna & Arun. The parking offers comprehensive Security: not only is there CCTV monitoring, there is manned security, and a secure entry and exit system. We retained our car keys which is what we wanted. Shuttle service drops off at Hatton Cross. The driver explained that earlier the drop offs used to be to the Terminals, but this was changed due to the long times it could sometimes take owing to traffic congestion @ Terminal approaches. This was slightly inconvenient for us as we had 4 x suitcases, but we managed, and the overall service & facility made up for it. Thank you Allegiance Park and Ride!

We’re great when our flight was delayed and late to pickup our car

Drop off was really good staff very helpful. Pick up on return was a bad experience. We were told 25 mins for wait time....no one showed called again told w5 kins again.. 10 mins later van arrived and took group that were there after us. The driver said another would be there in 10 mins. Another man waiting was told on phone 25 min wait. Then someone told us there was a car fire terminal 3. In all we waited 1hr 15 mins for transport. After long journey Communication of delay would of been acceptable not keep being told 25mins

Really good price and service . On returning home the bus picked us up and Ammad was really patient with us and waited ..really good service from start to finish ..would definitely use again

Easy to find and very friendly and helpful staff.

Overall I am pleased with the Car park. Check in was easy and fast and the best thing it was that you park your car yourself and keep your keys! The transfer van is comfortable and journey is not too long. You might have to wait a bit longer for the transfer to pick you up but it's not a massive deal breaker, especially if you got a good deal when booking. Be aware that the car park has very tight spaces but you park your car and keep your keys, so it's up to you to be respectful of your car and the others.

2nd time using, and have booked a 3rd. As straightforward as an airport transfer can get, great car parking price too
