What is the drop-off procedure?

Head for Heathrow Terminal 4 - Short Stay car park, On arrival drive to Level 2, Row F. Look for the "Off Airport Meet and Greet' sign, the Blue Circle desk is located in the lobby. and you will see the Blue Circle representatives. Park in one of the marked bays and one of the reps will greet you, check you in and you can take the short walk into the terminal. You should have your booking reference to hand, either print your voucher or have it available on your smart phone. Please have your return flight number to hand. What is the pick-up procedure?

You will be provided with the Blue Circle hotline phone number on arrival. When you return and have cleared customs, call the number to let them know you are on your way and head for Level 2, Row R of the Short Stay car park. Your car will be waiting for you ready for your onward journey. If you know you are going to be early or late please let Blue Circle know as soon as possible.

From 29th August 2023 London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) will expand to include Heathrow. You may need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel. If you stay beyond midnight on the day you are due to return you will be charged an overstay price of £20 per day, which is payable directly to Blue Circle. (Overstay charge) For larger vehicles including vans, mini-buses and larger please check in advance for the height restrictions and additional charges for larger vehicles, taxis are not allowed. Cars must fit under the entry barrier which is 20.5m. All airport fees are included, please bring your booking confirmation, or booking reference.
