Five Star Meet & Greet - T2, T3, T5 only

Great service .Waiting when we arrived after 3 check calls . We were a little late , but no problem for the meeting team . And on return , our vehicle was brought straight to us , as we came off the walkway. ??

Really easy. Polite and quick service for us at T5 both in and out.

All very easy. I even changed my car between booking and travelling and changing these details was also easy and confirmed quickly. Everyone I spoke to were very helpful and it was very smooth at both hand overs

The only trouble we had was finding terminal 3 short stay car park. We missed it and had to go around again and ended up going to Terminal 2. I hope we don’t have a drop off fine of £5.

On time for drop off, collection was quick

Whilst waiting for y car to srrive there was another customer having a heated dispute over a massive dent on his car that occurred after it was left in their care. When I collected my car it was obvious it had been driven. The person deleted my phone and also my saved radio stations. I called straight away and was told to email or send a text. If I could have given no stars I would have

Punctual, pleasant and a good price. Also flexible when the airline made a late change and I didn't realise until very late. Great service all round, will use again.

Excellent friendly staff no waiting

The service itself was efficient and courteous. I would be happy to recommend it. My one frustration was that trying to get an exact arrival time when travelling from a long way away was difficult. I arrived 30 minutes early and we weren't allowed in until 10 mins before allocated time. Trying to find somewhere at Heathrow T5 to park up and waste 20 minutes was extremely challenging.

Very easy and efficient from drop off to collection. The service in my mind is a must for car parking at T5 to make your travel to and from Heathrow hassle free!

Very good service. Arrived exactly the times I was told they would.

my keys were stolen. The keys were recovered by the police. However, the communication on this was patchy and I still don't know what happened and whether my car is safe (could the keys have been cloned) or whether it would be safe again in the future. Fairly ridiculous that they didn't automatically waive the fee. I have used your meet and greets for many years - 3 times a year or so. I'm not sure I would be confident of leaving my car with your providers again after this experience.

It was somewhat shocking to hear that a large number of keys, including our own, had been stolen from this car park. They were luckily recovered by the police. This does not instil confidence in this car park operator but the rest of the service was good.

Drop off was good and person collecting the car contacted me to check on progress. Pick up was too long - nearly 40 minutes from calling once I had my bags. They travelled 10 miles and traffic conditions did not look bad to warrant the time (probably could have collected a Purple Parking minibus quicker. The meet should be quicker Also looks like someone sat in the back as left a bottle of water in the pocket - I don't have anyone in the back of my car (ever) so I know it wasn't from me

Hmm! Not so good this time. Handover on going out was fine but the return was awful. I phoned when the plane landed and again shortly after when we had our bags. We had to stand in a cold windy car park for 30 minutes which mean it had taken 1 hour 15 mins from my call to the handover of the car. No apologies offered. Re your question below .I would book again if the price was right but it would not be based on speed of service

Have used Five Star Meet & Greet a few times now and they have always provided excellent and quick service. The best of the Meet & Greet service providers at Heathrow in my opinion.

I got the floor wrong however the driver picking up the car came and found me on the way back my car was waiting for Mr would certainly use again.

Service is generally good. It is not clear when you book a Heathrow parking which terminal you are flying from as you select e.g. T2, T3 and T5. The company collecting our car thought we were using T2 when we were actually using T5

Excellent service from start to finish. We needed to change the car details - no problem. They checked we were on our way ahead of arriving. Were there to greet us as we arrived and the car was waiting for us by the time we had gone through customs and up to the forth floor collection point. Did exactly as promised.

no complains what so ever! We had no issues at all. we were contacted by our Chauffeur about 45 mins prior to our arrival and he was helpful with ensuring that we got to the right location. On return the process was smooth with no delays. Our only recommendation will be that the drivers should have/wear a visible ID.
