Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A fully insured driver will meet you on the departures level and will identify you by your car registration.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return to Heathrow,once you have collected your luggage, to confirm you are ready for collection.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be parked in a Secure Compound, up to 15 miles away depending on the terminal you arrived at. Please note - some compounds may not have CCTV but have a perimeter fence and are manned.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

You cannot use this car park if you are travelling to or from terminal 4 You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please call the number provided. If your arrival time changes please notify us on the number supplied or FHR as soon as possible.

The chauffeur did not turn up for at least 25 minuites after we had arrived at the airport, this was after we had made the call to the control center at the indicated 20 mins before arrival. The return trip was very much better. VBut we could have done without the stress at the start of our trip.

very punctual and good service however I booked for my car to be washed during my 5 days away and it wan't done - on collection I was told they were "too busy" but that I shouldn't worry as I would not be charged the car was fee!

It took 45-50 minutes from when I called until the car arrived which is substantially longer than advised. There also seemed to be some delays with the drop of. I use the meet and greet service relatively often (4-6 times a year) and having used Happy Days twice now I think I may go back to some of the slightly more expensive companies where they are better in terms of being there on time.

Waited more than 45 minutes for the chauffeur to bring the car to us on arrival to UK. It would have been quicker and cheaper going to long term parking and waiting for transfer to a car park.

The drop off was faultless. Except I had put the flight date down not the date of arrival which incurred a £10 extra charge. ON arrival back in UK I called and was told 30 minutes which was OK. The car arrived back 40 minutes later. The driver asked for £10 for the extra day once I told him I had already paid he was Ok. I would use this method again

We were neither met nor greeted due to long delays, over 1/2 hour for both parts. Poor service and poor value. I might as well parked and taken a shuttle bus for less and quicker service.

Advertised as meet and greet but the driver was not at the meeting point on departure, resulting in a lengthy wait. Likewise on return a 40 min wait from call to vehicle delivery. Also the meeting point is some distance from departures on level 3 of the short stay car park. All in all parking in long stay and using the transfer would have been quicker.

The Meet and Greet service was chosen because it offered similar price to other services, less an airport charge. However on collection of the vehicle, we were presented with a car park ticket and an additional fee to pay because 'Happy Days had just introduced airport fees' (a couple of months after we had booked). We had not been notified in advance this charge would be levied. Despite phoning at the agreed times, we waited 15 minutes for the agreed drop off (incurring the wrath of the Heathrow parking wardens) and 25 minutes (10 minutes longer than advised) for collection. Good job we were not up against time or inclement weather. We've had better service from other Meet and Greet companies.

I was nearly an hour late arriving at Heathrow T4 due to weather and sheer traffic conditions. I was phoned by the chauffeur to ask how I was getting on as he was already there waiting. On my return to Heathrow the chauffeur was in the car park within a few minutes of my call. Great service.

we landed on time and rang on clearing customs. We were told to proceed to collection point. We then waited 40 minutes, in the cold, with our 4 year old, at 10 o'clock at night! We did call partway through and were told the car was on its way but still an unacceptable delay.

We had to wait about 25 minutes for our car to be collected but there was very heavy traffic at Heathrow because of an accident. Waited about 10 minutes on return which wasn't too bad, and on the whole a good, trouble-free and time-saving service

had to call twice after collecting bags (as per instructions) because no answer first time. Then had to wait over 30 minutes for car to be delivered and had to pay £2.80 car park exit fee that should have been included. It's galling to be standing watching other companies delivering cars to the pick up point in advance of the passengers arriving - that is what should be expected of this sort of service.

IMPORTANT:

Please telephone your driver on the number on your confirmation 9 when you are 15-20 mins away from terminal. (4am-midnight). Service provided by Happy Days Meet and Greet.

During busy times we may ask you to meet at passenger drop off area for collection/return


Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

Terminal 2 - sat-nav postcode: (TW6 1EW)
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark.
Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B".
Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details.

Terminal 2 - on return
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines

Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A''
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA
Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked"LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers.
Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details.

On Return T5:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row''R'' OR ''S''.
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)


During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of our Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned.

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car.

can we bring ford trasit vanWe have contacted Happy Days Meet and Greet and regrettably they do not accept Ford Transit Vans.
Can I drop off at T3 and collect from T5?That would be absolutely fine you just enter the terminal details when making your reservation.
I leave from terminal 3 at Heathrow and return to terminal 4. Can you give me the meet and greet service?Yes Happy Days can meet you and one terminal and deliver the car back to another.
What are your cancellation terms?You have the option when making a booking to take out the 99p waiver fee. If you take this and cancel with more than 24 hours notice before your arrival date you get a full refund less the waiver fee and any credit card fees which may have been applied.
