Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A fully insured driver will meet you on the departures level and will identify you by your car registration.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return to Heathrow,once you have collected your luggage, to confirm you are ready for collection.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be parked in a Secure Compound, up to 15 miles away depending on the terminal you arrived at. Please note - some compounds may not have CCTV but have a perimeter fence and are manned.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

You cannot use this car park if you are travelling to or from terminal 4 You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please call the number provided. If your arrival time changes please notify us on the number supplied or FHR as soon as possible.

We had not travelled from Heathrow before and even though we had booked a Meet and Greet service to ease our anxiety, the experience was very stressful. ON departure. we were told to meet at Level 3 of the short stay car park but there was a change of plan last minute. We didn't have to wait too long before the person arrived to take our car though so this wasn't a huge problem. On our return, there was again a change of plan and it took a little while to find the driver - this was due to some miscommunication by telephone and us not knowing the airport very well. Although not entirely the fault of the company, the experience and service could definitely have been smoother and less stressful.

The arrival arrangements were a nightmare. Happy Days changed the meeting point from the previous written instructions when we phoned them to say we were near Heathrow. Instead of meeting inside the short term car park, we were asked to meet them outside the terminal in a drop off zone. It was very cold, and we had to wait 35 minutes for their driver, who was difficult to find.

Everyone I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I did have a problem when meeting to drop off my car, in that I was waiting for nearly half an hour. I had booked the drop off early due to travelling with someone that has mobility problems. This time was taken up, standing outside the airport waiting for my meet and greet, adding stress to the journey. This said, I would use this service again.

Pleased with initial contact with agents before we dropped the car off. We parked car in the wrong place and the driver found us quickly on the next level in the car park. Our car was brought to us within 20 mins and we were able to leave the airport quickly.

Fantastic communication throughout. I missed my initial flight and came back a day later than expected. They handled the whole situation incredibly professionally. There was only a small charge for the extra day (more than reasonable) which was a big weight off my mind after forking out on a last minute cancellation flight home. I will 100% be using them again.

FHR made a mistake on the booking confirmation with an incorrect contact number for Happy Days. I had a very difficult time getting a correct number out of FHR, had to phone them 3 times from the car park. Once I did reach Happy Days, they were fantastic. They arrived promptly to collect my car. And, it was a great relief to receive a call from Happy Days, whilst I was still collecting my luggage, to say my car was already waiting for me at the airport. I will definitely be using Happy Days in the future.

Great service. Clear instructions for drop off and collection upon return. Very good communication and appreciated Happy Days accommodating our early (by almost 1hr) arrival on the departure day. We just called en route and they arranged the driver to meet us there early.

A good experience overall; friendly staff who took the hassle out of parking with the family + luggage including baby stoller, car seat etc. Drop off was smooth, and the collection was pretty good. My only minor gripe is that they brought the car before we were ready. While this wasn't too much of an issue, we'd rather have had another 10 minutes to sort out the kids a little more. Will definitely use again.

Perfect valet parking I was a bit concerned to start as when we called 20 minutes away the person on the other line had obviously just woken up I was then told to meet the driver outside the front of the terminal and not where it said on the paperwork. The person was waiting without a uniform or anything that said who they were but they had all our detail so I left the car in his hands, I came back 2 weeks later to the car waiting outside the terminal front door with only 13 miles extra on ( I always make a note of the miles) so it hadn’t been kept far away. All the people I felt with were polite and courteous and offered to help with bags. I would definitely use them again and would say it’s the best valet parking I’ve used.

Took over 30 mins to get car back to us - despite being told it would be 20mins max. Driver rang us to say he was 5 mins away and then didn’t appear for over 15 mins. We weren’t offered any apology and the guy seemed surprised we were annoyed!

IMPORTANT:

Please telephone your driver on the number on your confirmation 9 when you are 15-20 mins away from terminal. (4am-midnight). Service provided by Happy Days Meet and Greet.


Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

Terminal 2 - sat-nav postcode: (TW6 1EW)
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark.
Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B".
Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details.

Terminal 2 - on return
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines

Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 3, then park your vehicle in ROW ''A'.
Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details and will wear a black jacket with our Drivefly logo on it.

On Return T3:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A''
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 4 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 3XA
When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, ''Departure Passenger Drop Off'', as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal.
Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked ''Permit Holders'' park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have your booking details.

On Return T4:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the ''pay machine'' which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say ''Off Air Meet & Greet'' at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side.
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA
Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked"LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers.
Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details.

On Return T5:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row''R'' OR ''S''.
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of our Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned.

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car.

can we bring ford trasit vanWe have contacted Happy Days Meet and Greet and regrettably they do not accept Ford Transit Vans.
Can I drop off at T3 and collect from T5?That would be absolutely fine you just enter the terminal details when making your reservation.
I leave from terminal 3 at Heathrow and return to terminal 4. Can you give me the meet and greet service?Yes Happy Days can meet you and one terminal and deliver the car back to another.
What are your cancellation terms?You have the option when making a booking to take out the 99p waiver fee. If you take this and cancel with more than 24 hours notice before your arrival date you get a full refund less the waiver fee and any credit card fees which may have been applied.
