Maple Meet & Greet T5 - No Wait

Very easy and convenient - no phoning beforehand or waiting for your car It can be a little difficult to find con the first visit

My car was well looked after and was waiting for me on my return. I did have a little difficulty finding the car park and first ended up in the short stay car park and had to pay £6.00 to exit it however the written instructions are quite good it is just difficult to follow and concertrate on your driving at the same time so I don't know if much more could be done and now I know the way would book again

Great service until return Was told to go find our car somewhere on the right or left Had to search a little bit Also the exit to m25/m4 not clearly marked and found ourselves having to drive back into the airport carpark costing £6 as there does not appear to be a straightforward sign in the way out All in would use again

I had a problem locating the new car park drop off zone & unfortunately went through the T5 Drop Off Zone so I had to pay the £5 charge. The sign was so small & hard to see..Otherwise great location & easy access through the Sofitel Hotel. On return when I picked up the remote key it didn’t work.Looks like the key battery had gone dead in the short time between it being returned. I was really impressed with Max at the Returns Desk who went out of his way to help me replace the battery & made sure the car started ok so I could make the journey home.He went beyond the call of duty! A Credit to Maple Parking!

Perfect drop off and only a 5 minute wait for the car in return. Car was a little bit dirty as expected after nearly 4 weeks away but undamaged. Definitely would recommend.

if signage had been better i would have given you 5.went round in circles a few times before i came across the drop off zone.

Second time I have used this company. Advertised as No Wait. Both times my car had been parked in the wrong car park and I had to wait 20 minutes for my car to arrive.

All went very smoothly. Drop off and collection.

Excellent arrival greeting . However I dusted we didn’t need to call on our return , so then had to wait for car to be delivered / rather disappointing !

It's bit difficult to find the place unless u put on Google maps and follow their instructions.. easy to walk to airport and staff was helpful and supportive. Will book again if needed and was the best price.

Good service from Maple Meet and Greet, easy to access T5 through the Sofitel hotel. Would use them again.

The drop off was great but on returning to get our car we were told that it had been delivered to a different car par! We had paid for Meet & Greet, had walked from the terminal to the expected outside collection point via the Sofitel Hotel, and then told to go to the other car park to collect our car! The instructions we were given were not complete so after trying for 1/2 hr we the returned to where we were meant to have collected the car to get the correct directions for where it was now. Surely they should have ensured the car was returned to the correct car park and not just said they didn’t know why it wasn’t. Not the normal service we have received from Maple Manor Meet & Greet. Not sure we’ll use them again after this fiasco!

Great service. Right by T5 and you walk under cover through the Sofitel Hotel and walkway to T5 Departures. Met and processed in a timely fashion and car waiting parked ready to go on return. Will use again if prices remain competitive.

Easy drop off and pick up, quick and no waiting. Short walk through the hotel and the connecting corridor to the terminal. Only problem I had was locating the turn off for the hotel parking as I had never been there before, I had to go around again as I missed it the first time. Would definitely use again.

We were very pleased with the attendants, very pleasant and helpful. Thanks very much, we will be back x
