Maple Parking Meet & Greet T2 & T3 Only

Good communication drop off easy and no waiting for return

Clear instructions for car drop off. There was no Maple Team to handover the keys to. You have to leave the keys with another company, Purple Parking, who do this for Maple when they are not on site. No great wait for the car after we rang and said we had collected our luggage. Certainly would consider using again.

Works really well, easy to locate and great service

It was easy to book the parking on line and all of the paperwork was clear with exactly the right directions to the drop off point. The car was ready and waiting on my return. Good service. Small niggle, everything worked well but the desk staff could be a little more receptive to customers.

Easy to book and clear instructions provided. The provider rang me to confirm arrival back into the UK and advised that they would be ready with the car immediately. Quick handover back and we were on our way.

I Booked maple parking at Heathrow for 14 days . They Did exactly what it said “on the tin “ and I Would definitely use again. They are not the cheapest but they appeared to have good security measures in place to ensure the car safety. Airport exit was a little confusing, we were given a ticket to allow us to exit the car park but when we got to the machine the barrier lifted before we even got to enter the ticket so not sure if it just works on the car registration or whether the ticket should be inserted? But otherwise it all worked like clockwork.

Quick drop off, staff there waiting, although letting us know that it was to be dealt with by another company may have been helpful (Purple parking was not who we had our booking with but there staff were the ones that dealt with it) On our return the car was there within seconds of us arriving at the collection point. Perfect.

Straightforward drop off and the car was ready and waiting after our return flight. Can’t fault the service.

Great service as usual. We were staying at an airport hotel before our flight and wanted to drop the car at T2 and pick it up on return from T3, this was no problem, just a quick phone call after booking to confirm what we wanted. We will use again when flying from Heathrow.

Overall good experience but not clear where or who to talk to on arrival. Pointed to Purple parking when I booked Maple. Confusing.

Excellent service; just need to remind guests that when they arrive at the car park the meet and greet desk is actually in the lift area and marked purple parking. Some people wandering around looking for the staff. Other than that very professional and well organised, car came almost immediately. Well Done.....

Very convenient. Drop-off was straightforward and quick. On return, phoned as instructed and car was at the collection point when I got there.

Drop and pick up was quick and efficient but one of the drivers left the floor mats in a terrible state. I's had the car 2 days and the drivers mat came back filthy and covered in mud

Excellent service, we only had a few yards from where we parked car to lift into airport. Car was ready and waiting for us as we exited airport. Easiest parking at an airport ever!

Lots of waiting. Quicker and simpler to use the long stay parking. Poor service at airport and VERY long wait to get through to the phone number.
