What is the airport transfer frequency?

What is the drop-off procedure?

Head for Luton Airport and the Car Park 1 (outside the terminal), level 3. Follow signs for "Off Airport Meet and Greet". On arrival park up in a marked bay and the Blue Circle Representative will check you in. You are then free to take the short few minutes walk into the terminal and your car will be parked in the Blue Circle secure parking area. What is the pick-up procedure?

You will be provided with the Blue Circle hotline phone number on arrival. When you return and have cleared customs, call the number to let them know you are on your way and head for Level 3 of Car Park 1. Your car will be waiting for you ready for your onward journey. If you know you are going to be early or late please let Blue Circle know as soon as possible.

If you stay beyond midnight on the day you are due to return you will be charged an overstay price of £20 per day, which is payable directly to Blue Circle. (Overstay charge) For larger vehicles including vans, mini-buses and larger please check in advance for the height restrictions and additional charges for larger vehicles, taxis are not allowed. Cars must fit under the entry barrier which is 20.5m. All airport fees are included, please bring your booking confirmation, or booking reference.
