What is the drop-off procedure?
This is a premium self-park meaning you keep your keys and your car remains in the same space whilst you are away. Please note a valet service cannot be provided on this product as you keep your keys. On entering the car park, you will be directed by staff as to where you should park your vehicle. Keep your keys. Report to reception and you will not need to handover your keys, your car will not be moved whilst you are away. Once you have checked in, you will be transported to the airport on the next available shuttle bus. **Please note that if using the complimentary shuttle bus service, a £10 fee is payable on arrival per vehicle, this is not included in your car parking price. Payment can be made via cash or card at the car park reception; this covers the terminal entry and exit fee and is required by the airport. ** CAR PARK VEHICLE HEIGHT RESTRICTION: 6ft 6 **
What is the pick-up procedure?
Once Landed on your Return, cleared Customs & Collected all luggage, please call the car park on the Number provided to confirm your actual pick-up location.

Parked with Vacationcare Parking at Manchester. A little worried because of low price. Excellent service with prompt transfers and uncover multi story parking which was bonus as snow and ice arrived whilst away

Fantastic savings on airport parking at Manchester airport. This was my first airport parking and I must say I was apprehensive with some of the negative reviews so I chose self parking premium service which turned out to be the a great experience with vacation care parking who honoured the deal and gave a stellar service to a family of 4. Airport transfers to and from the parking lot at Wythenshaw forum was so comfortable and on time with no delays. Just follow the rules and you will be good. Also for this particular provider (most of them) you will need to make an airport surcharge of £10 total at point of parking via cars or cash. The service is much cheaper and better than the hassle with Uber. Five stars from me.

Unfortunately there was a problem when we chose this car park as all their shuttle vehicles were off the road and therefore we had to hang around waiting for a taxi or the car of one of their employees who was just ferrying people back and forward from the airport. As we were on the minutes it caused us some distress as we were worried we wouldn't get to the airport on time.

I wouldn’t give any stars if the option was available, on returning from my holiday on 10/03/24 at 10.45 at night i rang for the mini bus to collect my self and my friend to be told there was no mini bus i would have to get a taxi and would be refunded .We got in a black cab at terminal 1 the driver had real trouble finding the car park (it is in the middle of a housing estate )he was a very grumpy driver , the driver then said he couldn’t take us up to the eighth floor as his cab wouldn’t fit !! So we were left at the bottom of the ramp ! I rang the car parking lady again to tell her we couldn’t get up 8 floors with cases and my friend was not as able as some . The lady came down to us and the only solution was for her to get my car and bring it down ( the lady was very kind.and apologised) it wasn’t her fault and i was very grateful for her help . However none of this should have happened i paid for a service which didn’t exist as i understand this happens quite often . In the mayhem i didn’t think to ask for a receipt so i wont get my £14.60 i paid the cab driver back , even though they had no mini bus so they are aware people are getting cabs . A horrible ending to a lovely holiday .
