Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?Call the number on your confirmation and select option 2, 20 minutes before you arrive to make sure a driver is waiting for you. Just drive to the Short Stay car park by the terminal and stroll to check-in while your car's parked for you.
What is the pick-up procedure?Call the number on your confirmation6, option 2 when you are ready to collect your car. To leave as soon as possible, call just after you leave the plane. A driver will be waiting with your car where you were met before your holiday and will have a ticket for your exit
What security measures does the car park have?While you're away, staff will keep an eye on your car with CCTV and regular patrols.
What else do I need to know?If you are delayed in returning from holiday, Maple Manor will charge you £7.50 a day, which must be paid before you leave the car park. Southampton Maple Manor can no longer accept vehicles taller than two metres
Although delay in arrival to airport parking and return flight the service and telephone support was exceptional. The whole service was smooth and professional. We will be happy to recommend this meet and greet service to family and friends. I will definitely be using this service again.

Map and Directions
Directions for Maple Manor Meet and GreetCall the number on your confirmation 3 and select option 2, 20 minutes before you arrive to make sure a driver is waiting for you. Leave the M27 at junction 5 and take the A335, following signs for the airport. At the mini-roundabout take the second exit for the airport. At the next roundabout, which has a model aeroplane on it, take the first exit, Mitchell Way.Go straight over the next roundabout and you will find the Short Stay car park on your right.
Call the number on your confirmation 3 and select option 2, 20 minutes before you arrive to make sure a driver is waiting for you. Enter the Short Stay car park and follow signs for the Drop off/Pick up area. If you need to take a ticket then do so, but make sure to keep it and hand it to the driver. Park and a uniformed driver will find you. The driver will quickly inspect your car, to confirm any existing damage, then take your keys and park your car for you.
Please have your return flight details and booking confirmation to hand when you meet the driver.

The driver can only wait for you for ten minutes, due to airport restrictions, so don't call until you are ready to leave.
If you are delayed in returning from holiday, Maple Manor will charge you £10.00 a day, which must be paid before you leave the car park.
Southampton Maple Manor can no longer accept vehicles taller than two metres
Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple Manor prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple Manor ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
