An open day has been announced at Humberside Airport, with a special emphasis on flights to Jersey.
It will take place on Sunday, March 8th and could be of interest to anyone who is considering flying to the Channel Island.
Humberside Airport Travel, the Jersey Tourist Board and Airways Holidays are all sharing hosting duties on the day, with the hotels and facilities available in Jersey being discussed.
In addition, the scenic beaches and relaxing atmosphere of the island will be highlighted along with a number of special offers and discounts that are available.
Tony Lavan, airport director at Humberside Airport, said: "Humberside Airport is pleased to welcome Flybe’s new scheduled summer route to Jersey providing the customer with more flexibility when planning their travel.
"Jersey offers something for everyone, with beautiful beaches, golf courses, cycling, walking, fishing, dining and of course, tax free shopping. It also sports a wide range of leisure facilities and activities, making it the perfect destination for everyone."
Last month, the airport hosted a similar event focusing on Balkan holidays and families.
