Manchester Airport is now home to a new restaurant, Trattoria Milano.
The Italian business establishment was opened near customs in Terminal 3 last month.
"Passengers travelling through Terminal 3 tell us that they want a broad range of catering and retail which is why we are investing to improve the departure lounge," Andrew Harrison, the travel hub's managing director, said.
He added that the opening of the new restaurant represented a milestone in this endeavour and said that the travel hub was pleased to be working with the team behind the restaurant.
Customers who use the eatery can choose from a wide ranging menu, that includes handmade pizzas, pastas, salads and paninis, as well as a variety of desserts and drinks.
In addition, travellers will also be given recipes for a number of dishes the eatery serves to take home with them.
Passengers using Manchester Airport can also choose to dine at a number of other establishments, including Broderick's, Caffe Nero and Delice De France.
