Park Xpert Meet and Greet

The driver was 40 minutes late to collect our car at T5. I rang Park Xpert 3 times and was given various excuses but no explanation. After checking in, there was hardly any time left and the security queues were so long we were in danger of missing our flight. Fortunately, we were fast tracked at the last stage and 10 mins later, the flight was called to board. The prompt pick-up on return didn’t make up the very stressful start to our holiday.

Maple Meet & Greet T5 - No Wait

The drop off was great but on returning to get our car we were told that it had been delivered to a different car par! We had paid for Meet & Greet, had walked from the terminal to the expected outside collection point via the Sofitel Hotel, and then told to go to the other car park to collect our car! The instructions we were given were not complete so after trying for 1/2 hr we the returned to where we were meant to have collected the car to get the correct directions for where it was now. Surely they should have ensured the car was returned to the correct car park and not just said they didn’t know why it wasn’t. Not the normal service we have received from Maple Manor Meet & Greet. Not sure we’ll use them again after this fiasco!

We had excellent service throughout. Our return flight was delayed to beyond 11.30pm but Star Parking were very helpful in providing options to cater for the fact that their drivers would not be available and we were able to collect the car from the short stay car park on return despite that.

Purple Park & Ride Terminal 3

The parking is difficult to find if you don’t know the area. Advice was to use the street name and postcode for satnav but this still wasn’t any use. Once found it was all very easy park up book keys in and a bus is sat waiting for a quick trip to terminals. The return has the buses scheduled every 25-30 min. Back at the parking the car was parked ready to go. Would recommend the parking but research the location before setting off.

Appalling on the return - waited 45 minutes when told it would be 10-15. No response to follow up calls, then was lied to saying it was on its way. The driver on arrival confirmed he had only been given the task 10 minutes earlier

Great service. Right by T5 and you walk under cover through the Sofitel Hotel and walkway to T5 Departures. Met and processed in a timely fashion and car waiting parked ready to go on return. Will use again if prices remain competitive.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

It's not a problem if your flight back to Heathrow is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.

Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

Flexible bookings can be amended without incurring an amendment fee, however if the amendment results in a price increase ( e.g. a date change), you will be required to pay the additional amount.

You can request the amend by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.

There isn't a discount for booking more than one car but if you have a discount code or promotional email offer then this will be applied to all the cars on the booking.

If you're looking to make a booking to park more than one car at Gatwick then you can easily do this on our website. Simply enter your dates and times, choose the option that best suits you and when you click through to the booking form you'll have the option to "Add a car" and can make a booking for up to 5 vehicles at the same time.

When you book a Meet and Greet Car Park, you will be met at the airport by a fully insured Chauffeur, who drives your car to a secured storage site.

On return, your vehicle is bought back to the terminal, so you can just drive straight home.

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.
