We understand you might be unsure about your travel plans over the next few months as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves. At BookFHR, our focus has always been to assist you as efficiently as possible.

For the safety of our employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking Government advice and our office is now closed.

As a result, we will be unable to operate a phone system, so those of our customer service team who can work from home will be entirely dedicated to emails for the foreseeable future.

Our reservations team are working very hard to answer all queries as quickly as possible, thank you for your patience and understanding. As you can imagine, we also have an unprecedented amount of cancellations to manually process, so we are experiencing major delays. We are working through this backlog as quickly as possible.
