Was reasonable price, reasonable hotel, only downside was them not accepting card payment at the bar , ( we had bar food rather than restaurant ) . But would stay again. And recommend others to do so .

Hotel was good only problem was there was a constant noise from the heating or the water system which caused a problem trying to get to sleep we had to get up at 3 in the morning as we had a early flight so we hardly had any sleep which left us very tired when we reached our destination

Service from FHR excellent as usual just very disappointed the hotel would not honour breakfast voucher despite calling ahead to confirm offer was available. Emailed FHR with complaint who confirmed they should be honouring voucher but by the time the email was received we were on our way to the airport. So left without breakfast which would have been handy as we had along flight to the states ahead of us

Not very impressed when we got to the Hotel after.a late flight to find that the room we had booked was occupied. It was approximately 2am.We had to wait about half an hour while someone was phoned before eventually a room was cleaned. One bed looked as if someone had been sleeping on it and the bathroom floor was quite wet! The key didn't work so more time waiting to go to bed. As we expected to check in and get a good night sleep because it was very late. The receptionist spent some time dithering, but eventually after some phone calls got things sorted. He was obviously embarrassed but there was no real apology. Retrieving my car and bring it to the front of the Hotel was a nice touch though.The room with two beds was good

Easy booking with FHR. Stayed in Gatwick Worth Holiday Inn. Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Good deal with 7 days parking. No issues at all with parking though I did feel that the taxi fare at £11:50 to the airport was a little steep for the short journey. I understand the hotel gets reduced rates with the taxi company but I did wonder if it would be worth getting an alternative quote from a different taxi firm. Having said that the taxi service was prompt and efficient. Had a lovely meal at the hotel but the service could have been better. Would definitely use again.

This hotel is too far away from the airport for people travelling from Gatwick. The food is extremely expensive and nothing out of the ordinary. They have you there and there is no alternative eating places near by. It's also very busy on the roads if you happen to arrive back in the late afternoon. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it, there are lots of better hotels nearer to the airport.

Great service. Hotel was easy to book in and the staff were friendly. Very clean hotel and comfortable. Parking was an easy process and the return collection was too. The staff even provided taxi details for us.

A very comfortable stay the night before we left for our holiday. The staff were welcoming, efficient and very accommodating by offering a wake up call and booking us a taxi for our trip to the airport. The rate we paid for our stay and 15 days parking was very good value for money.

Stayed at the Holiday inn Worth hotel was excellent staff were really friendly nice bar area and only a short taxi ride to the airport. Bar menu at hotel was quite limited could have offered a bit mor choice😃

We left our car here before our holiday and stayed here after returning on a late flight. Room was comfortable, transfers to and from the airport by taxi (arranged through hotel) were straightforward and our car was ready for us in the morning when we checked out.

Pre-Authorisation Policy
A pre-authorisation of up to £50.00 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable 7-10 days after check-out provided no additional charges have been incurred.
Coming off at Junction 10 from the M23, follow the signpost to the A264 for East Grinstead. At the first roundabout head straight over, you will then shortly arrive at another roundabout.
At the Copthorne roundabout take the 4th exit, just passed the turning for the Copthorne Hotel sign posted for Three Bridges on the A2220.
Proceed down Copthorne Road, at the roundabout take the first exit onto the Balcombe Road, continue down this road past the Hillside Inn pub on your left.
Approaching a mini roundabout, take the first exit onto Turners Hill Road.
Travel along Turners Hill Road, after the Flyover take the first left into the Hotel which is situated 100yards on the first exit on the right hand side.
From the Copthorne Roundabout the hotel has brown signposts along the route.
Parking is on site at hotel, youÂ’ll need to give your keys to the hotel in case your car needs to be moved into the long stay area of the car-park whilst youÂ’re away.
Overnight Parking will be chargeable at £10 if you have not booked an on site parking package.
