Nice hotel, very quiet. Food offering was disappointing and expensive as was the shuttle to the airport, £24 for two return. Lovely lady in the coffee shop, who helped us a great deal when our flight was cancelled which was more than British Airways. did.

Very nice hotel with a large comfortable restaurant & other amenities. My room was spacious & comfortable. The buffet breakfast which was included was excellent. I was going to book this hotel thru my usual company but the price with BookFHR.com was much more competative saving me pounds. It is worth noting that the Hopper bus only serves Terminal 5 then you are obliged to use the free train to reach the other terminals or order a taxi. All in all a pleasurable stay @ a very reasonable price with parking included in one of the best hotel car parks I have experienced.

I booked this hotel for several reasons 1/ Location, only a short distance from Heathrow T5. 2/ Car parking, I could stay one night and leave the car for the duration of my trip. 3/ The price. 4/ It was a Hilton Hotel. The overnight stay was really good. Unfortunately whilst I was away my car was damaged, the rear offside door window was broken. The help that I got from the hotel staff was negligible, certainly not what I would have expected from a premium brand.

The hotel was fine and comfortable - parking, however, shambolic - the reservations manager eventually gave me his place when there was NO space available with cars parked all over the sides of the road. All disabled spaces taken up by cars not showing disabled badges!! Also the Hoppa bus which we had hoped to catch on our return never showed up resulting in having to pay a £30 taxi fare. Also Hilton terminal 5 is a bit of a misnomer…it is much closer to terminal 4. Shan’t be using this option again.

Hotel stay and room was ok , a bit disappointed that they never informed us that we could get a hopper bus to terminal 5. I only found out after we had paid for a taxi. The restaurant was nice and food was good.

Hotel was ideally located close to our departure terminal and it was easy to find. We received a warm and friendly welcomed and enjoyed a short overnight stay before our flight the following morning. The room was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Shuttle bus and taxi service between the hotel and Terminal 5 was frequent and reliable. Overall, we were very happy with the high standards of the Hilton Hotel (Terminal 5).

Lovely room on the 4th floor of Hilton Heathrow T5 but we had to wait for over an hour as reception staff could find our booking for one night stay with 8 nights parking through FHR. Unknown whether this was a hotel or FHR error.

For the cost of the room we were rather disappointed. Considering how long hotels have been closed due to Covid you would have thought they might have taken the opportunity to tidy and clean up. Carpets were dirty throughout hotel and our room. Lifts weren't working properly and in fact one had the electronic panel open with wires exposed. Our room door lock cover fell off when entering the room. For a supposedly clean room the toiletries supplied the conditioner was open and half used! Also the base for the kettle was broken and we had to have a new one sent up. The parking was good.

The arrangements were very good, but the directions of which bus stop to pick up the return bus were incorrect and we missed one connection.

Stayed at Hilton T5 before a long haul flight this April. The hotel is easy to find just off the M4/M25 junction and the parking set up is fairly straightforward: You leave your car and take your keys with you, which personally I like as you can leave items / clothing that you are not taking on holiday. Obtain a ticket to pass through the barriers on your return. Note that there multiple parking spaces behind the hotel as the front area looked extremely full when we arrived. The rooms are fine and have impressive sound proofing as this hotel is right under Heathrow's flight path, but this didn't result in any disturbance.

All good except for parking problems - there simply wasn't a marked bay available in which to leave my car. I eventually had to leave it in an unmarked space outside the car park itself. Having said that, the hotel was good and the checking in and out was very efficient.

We booked car parking and opted to stay the night as well. The carpark was very full so we worried about leaving the car there.. but, two weeks later and nothing to worry about. The room was very comfortable but I was surprised to see the sheet was ripped on the bed! Otherwise everything was as expected. We would stay again which is the main point of this review.

I have held back on my feedback because we booked through Quidco and we are still waiting for our cashback as advertised otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I am clearing down old emails so thought I would now reply anyway We were very pleased with our booking, everything went like clockwork. The Hilton was very good and it will definitely be our favoured start to any holidays travelling from Heathrow.
