HELLO The whole booking package - hotel, meals & car parking was faultless. The Britannia Airport Hotel is just off the motorway - really easy to get to and.... The car was parked in a very secure car park - belonging to Britannia airport hotel, you had to have a security code for the car park gate, before you could take your car out , which we thought was good, will definitely be booking when we go away again. my only small niggle was, apart from having to find loose change for the phone, WHEN we found it ( which originally was supposed to be a free courtesy number) & then trying to listen to the instructions as where we should stand to wait for taxi, I am deaf - & with all the noise of the airport, I couldn't hear, my husband had to take over . but that aside - we thank you very much for an efficient & friendly service. The hotel was ok - clean room etc . The buffet meal was awful! We had booked parking for a month - website said the £75 to be paid on return, however the hotel wanted this on check in! Stuck to my guns, showed them the blurb on the website- they took an imprint of my card! - as we couldn't have got out the carpark without the code , it was a bit of a joke! Typical poor British service.

Car Park was secure enough but have to say Britannia hotel is extremely basic and very dated.
