On arrival at our destinations (adamton country house hotel in prestwick) we were told that there was no reservation for myself and partner, we were due to fly the following morning to tenerife. After looking for the email I tried to call this company and due to it being the weekend the lines were not answering, this is because your company isn't available to be contacted on the weekend. After printing the voucher off and giving it to the receptionist, she then had to call her manager who then talked her though how to put through the transaction manually. Previous to this the receptionist told me that I would have to pay again, but after giving her a hard copy I no longer had to. As you can imagine I was in a panic thinking that I had nowhere for my car to stay or stay the night, being over 70 miles away from my house in Dundee. Due to this I will not be using your company and I have made friends and family aware of this situation and they will also not be using your company.

Parking was easy but the hotel wasn't great. I can't recommend the hotel. However, it as a short taxi ride from the airport, and it was just one night. It was noisy in and around the hotel the night of our stay as there was a large teenage football convention staying at the same time, so I got little sleep.
