What is the drop-off procedure?
If your booking falls within the hours of 22:00 - 08:00, for both arrival or returning services, please contact our night phone on 07769 420700. The team will call you approximately 30 minutes before your planned arrival time. If you expect to be early or late please call the team on 01275 332120 and give as much notice as possible. Once you have spoken with a team member, they will liaise with you on when to enter the Drop Off and Pick Up Car Park at Bristol Airport. <strong>DO NOT ENTER</strong> the Drop Off and Pick Up Car Park <strong>UNTIL</strong> you have been given the go-ahead by a team member. Your booking includes the initial barrier toll exit fee for the driver to be able to remove your vehicle from this car park. This toll only allows for up to 10 minutes within this car park, if you enter earlier than advised, you will incur additional fees. One of our drivers will then meet you in the Drop Off and Pick Up Car Park, and go through your booking information to ensure we have all correct details for your return.
What is the pick-up procedure?
If your booking falls within the hours of 22:00 - 08:00, for both arrival or returning services, please contact our night phone on 07769 420700. On your return, we will have been monitoring your flight to see if there are any changes to your scheduled landing time, based on a 2-hour period on when you have told us your flight will be scheduled to land. Once you have retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, please give the car park a quick call on 01275 332120 to let them know you are at this stage in the process. If you only have hand luggage, please ensure you call the car park when you have arrived at Passport Control. This will then be the point in which they will return your vehicle to you in the Drop Off and Pick Up Car Park. Please note that you will have to pay £8.50 (subject to change) to leave the Drop Off and Pick Up Car Park once your vehicle has been returned to you, the barrier tolls accept card payments only.

It is essential that you let the team know on 01275 332120/07769 420700 if you are expecting to be early or late, likewise if your circumstances change, flight is cancelled or changed please let the team know with as much notice as possible. Bristol Sky Park secure parking services have various parking facilities, which are located within a 5 mile radius of Bristol Airport.
