Fantastic service, driver was waiting outside the airport when we arrived and same when we got back, couldn’t of been any better

Great service start to finish

Really recommend meet & greet, always use this service when flying from Bristol. Really pleasant and helpful drivers. One small niggle was that last time we flew back into Bristol in May we didnt get a phone call when we landed, we had to ring, and we had a very long wait for our car but that has only happened that one time and was probably because they were very busy, otherwise, brilliant service.

We had to wait FAR too long for the car to be picked up

This is a great service and works really well for us when flying from Bristol Airport. My only issue has been the collection time when we return. Last year, we waited over an hour for our car, and each time we called we seemed to be told something different. We’ve used the service again this year and the wait was around 30 minutes, so definitely an improvement. Hopefully, on our next trip the car will be ready closer to the time logged, especially as we provide our flight details so the arrival time can be checked and also specify that we’re travelling with hand luggage only. Other than the wait on collection, it’s a really convenient service that we’re happy to keep using.

Really good phone contact, was there right away to pick up car. Had to wait a bit on our return but they kept us up to date with info. Great service and much cheaper than others. Thanks!

Simple, Easy & efficient

This is the second time I've used Sky Park Bristol Meet & Greet through the BookFHR.com website. Both times absolutely faultless. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. After my first use in July 2025 I also recommended to a friend who also had an excellent experience. Both dropping the car off and then the collection is a seamless process with people answering the phones when you need them.

Use atleast 6 times a year. Can't fault service.
