Always have used car park 1 in the past . Would def use wide space one again . Bus driver was a true gent dropped me right at my car as it was 9 pm and dark .

Overall I would still return to parking here even though I had a couple of gripes this time round, firstly I was booked in the wide car park spaces which I would say are not much wider than the others so a waste of money and secondly the time waited on for a bus to return because one arrived that could only take 8 people when 20+ were there, and when the bus finally arrived back the driver wouldn’t even help elderly ladies with cases and walking aids, women with kids etc when I saw this I went forward to assist them. Normally it goes like clockwork and drivers very helpful with information etc hence only 3 stars this time.

Had problems on arrival to pick up car last night after our holiday at 11.30pm as Premair had no record of our booking and questioned whether we had paid. Luckily the bus driver eventually came over and checked my printed confirmation and told the girl we were conversing (via the assistance button) that our booking details were correct. She still maintained that we were not on the system but agreed to let us out of the car park. Not too happy standing in the cold having to have a conversation about a booking made back in August.

Pre-booked but car not recognised on arrival and had to sit at the barrier until manual assistance arrived to check my paperwork. Not very comforting in the early hours of morning when there is a plane to catch. Glad to say the return went smoothly. Have previously used this carpark and will do so again in future.

The wide spaces was much appreciated but when we arrived our booking wasn't on the system and we had to wait on someone coming over to the office to sort it out and let us park. On arriving back we couldn't exit for the same reason. Not the best service

PremiAir Parking is sign posted Eastfield Long Stay on the left-hand side of the A8 slip coming from the west towards Edinburgh Airport. Located at the top of the approach road to Edinburgh Airport, it takes less than three minutes from our car park to the airport terminal.

From east: exit a8 for Edinburgh airport keep right, at the traffic lights take the 1st left for Premiair parking Edinburgh. Signposted Premiair parking Edinburgh and Arnold Clark.

From west: exit a8 for Edinburgh airport, keep left and take the slip road on the immediate left - sign-posted Eastfield road Longstay.
