The car park itself was fine with plenty of parking and it felt secure. However, sign posts and directions were very poor. The post code given on the print out confirmation was different to the post code clearly displayed at the car park entrance. This caused us to doubt ourselves as to whether we were at the right carpark, wasting time driving around the various other carparks to check. Good job we left early. We managed to finally speak to someone who confirmed we were at the right car park even though it was different to the paper work. Upon exit, the display stated we owed £80+ which was soon sorted but not what you want to deal with at 3am. Now I know where the carpark is I would book again but my first time experience was unnecessarily stressful.

i pre-booked and the machine recognised my car number plate, however on leaving the car park at 11pm at night (within my time limit), the barrier screen said I had to pay an additional £46. This was soon sorted out and the barrier remotely opened. It gives me concerns that something is missing in the link to make the system work effectively.

Buses were very crowded but we did not have too wait long. Parking space management may be required as there were lots of cars parked in areas that were meant for driving to change row etc or parked across pedestrian walkways.
