On leaving the car park I presented the prepaid ticket to the machine and it informed me that I needed to pay an additional £97 even though though I was on schedule. A quick discussion with the operator on the other end of the button on the unit resolved this but I note from other user comments this is a recurring problem. So......... if you want an excellent rating I suggest you get this matter resolved as it taints an otherwise saticfactory experience
