What is the drop-off procedure?Drive up to the barrier and press the button for a ticket. The machine will print a ticket with your registration number and booking reference on. Then just drive in and park.
You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you.
What is the pick-up procedure?Catch the transfer bus back to the car park, drive to the barrier, put your ticket in the slot and the barrier will lift. If it doesn't, you'll just need to press the intercom so you can speak to a member of staff.
What security measures does the car park have?The car park has been awarded the police-accredited Park Mark and is protected by entry and exit barriers, regular patrols, a high fence and lighting at night.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

Directions for Mid Term (Green) ParkingThere are currently major construction and roadworks occurring at Luton Airport, this is causing tailbacks and huge delays for anybody wanting to enter or exit the airport. Please leave additional time to get to your car park. Please check the airports information https://www.london-luton.co.uk/roadworks for more details.
- Leave the M1 at junction 10, taking the second exit signposted for the airport and the A1081.
- Keep going along the A1081 Airport Way.
- After a mile and a half, bear left to stay on the road.
- Take the third exit at the roundabout to the right of the Holiday Inn Express to stay on the road.
- Take the next right and you'll find the car park in front of you.
When you arrive at this on-airport car park, your car will be identified by the number plate recognition system so that you can enter through the barriers easily. You'll also be issued with a ticket from the machine. Take your ticket and keep it safe - you'll need it to be able to get out of the car park.
Once you have found a place to park, keep your keys with you because your car won't be moved while you're away. As well as this, there are also regular patrols, security lighting and a fence around the car park to give you greater peace of mind.
Make your way to one of the three bus stops and remember which one is nearest to your car. The new silver buses run every 15 minutes, take just 5 minutes to get to the terminal and the journey is included in the price.
The bus drops you off at the Mid Term Parking bus stop right outside the airport. When you come back from your holiday, just head straight to the same bus stop you were dropped off and you can catch the bus back to your car from there.
Hop off the bus at the same place it picked you up, head back to your car and you're ready to go! No waiting for your keys or for someone to bring your car back to you - it'll be exactly where you left it.
Hints, tips and extra bits:
The car park has designated Blue Badge bays close to the bus stops as well as accessible buses. You'll just need to display your badge whilst you're away.
