All worked well. I did have to call to check how it worked at the entrance with number plate recognition as this was not explained in the instructions. Also when you book online it asks for your landing time when you return, but does not tell you how much grace time you have between landing and having to get your car out of the car park within your paid time. I was told over the phone when I asked it was one hour grace. There is no explanation as to what happens if your flight is delayed or if you go over the hour. I understand the instructions are supplied by Luton airport so it would be good if they added these details into the instructions. That is why I only rated it 4 starts.

The car park was in extremely poor condition with pot holes everywhere and for the cost was not as I expected.

Book FHR experience excellent as ever but the car park at Luton airport is pretty poor. Poor surface, very few spaces and very poor signage.
