On leaving the carpark, the boom did not open for us and the "help"desk had no record of our booking, even though there were no problems on arrival. It took us about 15 minutes to convince the person on the other line that we did indeed book with FHR. In that time, we could have taken a shuttle bus to long term parking, which would have cost us half the price. Very inefficient, frustrating and a waste of money.
