Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?For departing passengers, the drop-off facility is located on the top level of the T2 multi-storey car park, accessed via the Atlanta Avenue ramp. Once parked, customers should proceed to the new reception facility to drop off their key.
What is the pick-up procedure?Returning passengers should collect their key from the M&G reception facility on the ground floor of the T2 multi-storey car park.
What security measures does the car park have?Your car will be parked in a secure Manchester Airport car park Awarded Park Mark security. Security fencing- 24hour CCTV surveilanceAwarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

Meet and great includes fast track, however I was not given any voucher or details of this at reception and when presenting my bookinhg at security they did not recognise I had fast track, so this was wated money. Also noticed heater controls hyad been changed, seating and wing mirros had all been changed, which I would not expect to happen if car is parked close. So yes I would probably book this option again but not through FHR due top fast track issue.

on arrival at the car park the attendant said the computer did not recognise the number plate,and asked for reference number.i gave the number and he informed me that no such booking existed.The attendandant then refused to discuss it any further and told me to reverse out and go. By this time it was getting late so I parked in T2 long term.I contacted yourselves while in Portugal and the matter was resolved on return with no further cost.I realise that mistakes can be made, but I found the attendants attitude unhelpful to say the least .I have used your company many times and indeed did intend to use it again in May, but I will need an incentive to come back(not just the normal 15%)

i had to change my travel dates last minute , so i contacted fhr to change parking dates , this was done efficiently and immediately free of charge.

We had an early flight from T2 and a late flight back to T1. Although you can get parking cheaper than this service, it's not worth it! The arrival instructions were very clear, we were dealt with in a matter of minutes and although there wasn't a 'two-terminal' option on the online booking, when I mentioned we were flying into a different terminal (T1 and T2 are quite a walk apart) it was no bother for them to bring the car to a different one! We wouldn't use any other service now.

If you have used us before you will notice that we have moved the facility.
Leave the M56 at junction 5, stay in the left-hand lane following signs for Terminal 2.
At the first roundabout, take the 2nd exit, signposted Terminal 2.
Leave the M56 at Junction 5 and get in lane for Terminal 2 (T2). At the first roundabout, take the second exit, signposted Terminal 2.
At the next roundabout, take the third exit signposted T2 Meet & Greet (T2 M&G).
For departing passengers, the drop-off facility is located on the top level of the T2 multi-storey car park, accessed via the Atlanta Avenue ramp.
1. Drive through the sheltered inspection area where our cameras will record the current condition of your car, so you can be sure it'll be returned in the same condition.
2. Pull into the allocated lane and unpack your car.
3. Drop your keys off with one of our trusted team at the Meet & Greet reception, just a short walk from check-in.
4. You will be given a receipt, which you should retain for your return.
Returning passengers should collect their key from the M&G reception facility on the ground floor of the T2 multi-storey car park.
There is plenty of signage to help you find your way and the postcode remains M90 4ZY
If you are able to enter latitude and longitude details into your Sat Nav, the following will be of use:
Maximum height 2m (6ft 6in).
Trailers are not permitted.
All drivers are urged to check travel conditions before setting out on journeys.
The car park has luggage trolleys near the arrival lanes - you'll need £1 to use them.
If youre delayed picking your car up youll need to pay for the extra parking. Youll be charged the car parks overstay fee which is currently £25 per day (June 2017).
If you pick your car up early we cant give you a refund.

Hi, does this service mean we phone you when approaching the airport and you take our car from us at the departures? Then when coming home you pick us up from arrivals in our car? Is there a lounge we have access to when waiting to board our flight? As some I've been looking at offer this as well as the valeting so just asking the questionFor this package you do not need to call them, the details will be emailed to you once the booking has been made with the procedure to follow once you reach the airport. With the package you also get the additional benefit of security FastTrack tickets for all of your travelling party.
