The hotel had everything that we required but seemed to be understaffed.

Parking very easy -hotel reception stank of cigarettes because both entrances had automatic doors and smokers were allowed to stand by entrance which I believe is not legally allowed. The room needed a good clean but the restaurant was very well presented.
James Snell - 12 Jun 2017 15:43:54
Very, very basic, a lot of noise coming from the room next door so not much rest. Very disappointed. As we had a very early flight it would have been nice to have some rest before our flight, but sadly this didn't happen.

Easy process. Room was clean and comfortable. Have already rebooked for our next trip.

Had a most enjoyable stay here. Very convenient to gatwick south terminal. We got a taxi as there were 4 of us and worked out cheaper each way for a taxi instead of shuttle bus which was £3 each way per person. Rooms need slightly updating but it did the job and the restaurant served a delicious evening meal. Receptionists were very helpfull too. Would definately stay again !!! thank you

Great service, just what we needed for our early morning flight.

Very good & convenient hotel for one night stay + parking when flying from Gatwick

Hotel fine for one night, although they had problems with the kitchen so only limited range of food available. Bar OK, shame about the naff music being played at too high a volume. Parking fine, although space in the car park is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. Check in/out pleasant and efficient. Would use again.

Easy, convenient and reasonably priced. Would use again

Hotel was fine, tea & coffee in room. Excellent meal had the 2 courses and a drink at £29.99 for two. Good portions, cooked well and good service in restaurant. Parking no problem. Only problem we had was transfer bus failed to stop outside Hotel. We had very early flight so waited in reception due to cold weather and bus just went straight past without even slowing down. At previous Hotels bus has always stopped for a couple of minutes to see if anyone waiting!

Hi,I am just getting in touch about your parking situation. We have pre booked parking arrangements at gatwick airport from the 18th may and have now decided it would be a good idea to go up the night before. so I am wondering if the price includes parking for one night or will we have to pay for the overnight parking. Also is late night check in available as we would not be arriving to the hotel until around 11pm. Hope to hear from you soon.Rob Oneill Thank you for your message. You would need to pay overnight parking with the hotel at
