Wouldnât hesitate to book there again for an overnight stop. The hotel was excellent and the parking set up for trips abroad was outstanding

Would not stay at the hotel again. Entrance not well sign posted. Ignored at checki-in.Broken lift. Air conditioning not working properly so room was too hot. When requesting fan/ portable air conditioning unit, had to wait an hour before we chased it up and eventually got it in our room but this still did not really cool the room. No problems with APH parking.

Directions for

Park at the hotel overnight (cost 10.00 overnight) and on the day of your flight drive to the APH Car Park (follow the directions on your separate parking voucher) and catch the free 10-12 minute transfer which runs 24 hours a day every 15 minutes to both terminals.

A separate voucher will be sent for use at the car park. Please make sure you have this.

Leave the M23 at junct.10, at the roundabout take 3rd exit, if coming southbound or 1st exit if coming northbound, this is the A2011 to Crawley. After 1/2 mile you will see the hotel on the left, keep to the inside lane. At roundabout take sharp left to the hotel entrance.

Instructions:
Stay overnight in the hotel car park. On the morning of your departure drive to Gatwick Airport and follow the instructions on your parking voucher.
