Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the car park 15-20 mins before you arrive at the airport on the number on your confirmation select Option 1. When you arrive at Birmingham International Airport, stay in the right-hand lane and follow it all the way to "Valet Parking" customers only.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Call Ace on the number on your confirmation and seelct option 1 As you exit the terminal building, follow the signs to "Valet Parking" (where you dropped the car off).

What security measures does the car park have?

Cars are parked in a secure car park with CCTV, security fencing, entry and exit barriers, floodlighting and regular patrolsAwarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with ACE prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted.

Good value and friendly staff. There was a short wait when returning, fortunately the weather was nice. Cleaned and waxed the car a few days before dropping it off, was absolutely filthy when it was returned. There was no rain for the whole 2 weeks, so the car has a thick layer of dust and pollen on it. Next time I’ll pay a bit more and get them to wash it before returning.

Arrival at airport was totally smooth and efficient and perfect for an early morning flight. On collection we had to wait a few minutes for the car to arrive which would not have been fun if it was throwing it down - it was not clear if there was anywhere to shelter.

Great welcome and quickly dealt with. Had to wait a little while on return but again quickly dealt with once the car arrived. Was offered a valeting service on site but would have preferred details of this beforehand so I could make an informed decision.

Absolutely fantastic service. They were waiting for us when we pulled up at the valet parking and coming back the car pulled up just as we got to the valet parking. Both chauffeurs were lovely, very polite and professional. Would definitely book with Ace Meet and Greet again.

Very efficient service. Photographed the car prior to taking it which is a good idea in case of any damage. Had to wait 5 minutes for them to deliver the car back Which in the big scheme of things wasn’t too long. All in all a good service

Really slick easy process at drop off at the airport. Very pleased with the great value valet service. Great polite helpful staff all round. Only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the fact we had to wait 10+ minutes outside in 0 degrees cold with a young baby at 1am for the car to be dropped off despite following collection instructions to the letter. Would definitely use again though.

Directions for Ace Meet & Greet

Please call us on the number on your confirmation 9 (select option 1) 15-20 minutes prior to your arrival at Birmingham Airport.
Please have ready your 'Booking Name' and 'Booking Reference' when you call and we will dispatch our driver to meet you.

Follow the directions below to the meeting point at the terminal.

Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car

Directions
When you arrive at Birmingham International Airport, stay in the right-hand lane and follow it all the way to "Valet Parking" customers only. Go through the barrier and collect a ticket to hand to Ace/MMP Chauffeur. Park your vehicle in the designated Maple Manor Parking bays and a uniformed chauffeur with ID will be there to collect your vehicle.

If you're going to arrive outside the time arranged, please give the car park as much notice as possible.

Return Instructions
Once You have collected you luggage, Please Call Ace Airport Parking on the number on your confirmation option 1.
As you exit the terminal building, follow the signs to "Valet Parking" (where you dropped the car off). Your vehicle will be returned to the designated Maple Manor Parking bays. A uniformed chauffeur will return your vehicle. Please be aware that due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges payable at the exit barrier. If you are returning earlier than the date or time you have provided, we must know 24 hours in advance to avoid any delay. From time to time the meeting point may change at short notice. You will be informed when you call if this will affect you.

Other important information
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £10.00 per day (or part day). No refunds will be issued for part used stays. Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you.

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, ACE will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.

Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
