Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the car park 15-20 mins before you arrive at the airport on the number on your confirmation select Option 1. When you arrive at Birmingham International Airport, stay in the right-hand lane and follow it all the way to "Valet Parking" customers only.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Call Ace on the number on your confirmation and seelct option 1 As you exit the terminal building, follow the signs to "Valet Parking" (where you dropped the car off).

What security measures does the car park have?

Cars are parked in a secure car park with CCTV, security fencing, entry and exit barriers, floodlighting and regular patrolsAwarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with ACE prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted.

No problem with the drop off and the only problem with pick up was I had agreed to have the car washed while away, pay when pick up but at 10pm on a Tuesday evening it took ages to get through. On drop off and pick up staff were very polite and very helpful. The only reason I may not do any meet & greet again is due to the distance you have to walk from terminal now they have moved the valet parking. Otherwise i have no complaints about Ace at all. They did an excellent job on the car wash too.

Easy booking through the.com. Great service from Ace greet and meet at Birmingham airport. Clear instructions and directions. Waiting when we arrived and when we got back. Courteous service. Two minutes each end and off we went. Will book agin through The.com and Ace greet and meet.

Very efficient . Staff there to meet when we arrived and about a 5 min wait when we got back. Left the car with them for 5 week trip . Close enough to the terminal.

Excellent service on arrival and return. Would use you guys avians Only down side - your lovey staff “sold” me on your valet cleaning service. Was expecting a lovely clean car inside and out on my return. However car was even worse than when I left it - bird crap all Over it. I hadn’t emptied the rubbish as your chap said they would get rid of it during the valet. However the delightful smell of over ripe bananas was less then pleasing on our return. Poor chap has to say sorry they didn’t do it ! Not really fair on the chap on the front line. It’s not life and or death but don’t offer a service and then just don’t bother. Complaint over :)

Excellent. Even though arrived later than expected were there waiting and only took a couple of minutes to complete everything. Was late back, but they were there in the 10 minutes from my phone call, although was waiting a few minutes as only a short walk from arrivals. Polite and efficient lady, who collected and returned the car. Would definatly use again.

Ease of parking perfect. Short distance to airport. However pushy sales for a valet upon return valet not through and no change available. Who has English money in there procession when travelling to a foreign country. Disappointing end to what would have been a great service!

I rang when 20 minutes out and staff were available to collect my car. On return I called after collecting bags and car was returned a couple of minutes after I reached car park. Was cheaper than on airport parking. Only problem is that the drop off point is about 5 minutes walk from terminal, with no signposting on return. It's not the companies fault as the airport parking has been reconfigured, but it's hardly drop off any more. Last time I parked in car park 5 and walked back in the same time.

The drop off point is about a 5 min walk to the terminal. It is not undercover. Efficient service and straightforward instructions. On return, the car arrived as we got to the meeting point so no waiting which is a big plus point.

Driver was waiting when we arrived at airport, he was courteous and informative On our return we rang to say we had cases and they said car will be with you in 5-10 mins by the time we had walked from the terminal to the meet and greet car park it was just arriving . Directions for Ace Meet & Greet

Please call us on the number on your confirmation 9 (select option 1) 15-20 minutes prior to your arrival at Birmingham Airport.
Please have ready your 'Booking Name' and 'Booking Reference' when you call and we will dispatch our driver to meet you.

Follow the directions below to the meeting point at the terminal.

Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car

Directions
When you arrive at Birmingham International Airport, stay in the right-hand lane and follow it all the way to "Valet Parking" customers only. Go through the barrier and collect a ticket to hand to Ace/MMP Chauffeur. Park your vehicle in the designated Maple Manor Parking bays and a uniformed chauffeur with ID will be there to collect your vehicle.

If you're going to arrive outside the time arranged, please give the car park as much notice as possible.

Return Instructions
Once You have collected you luggage, Please Call Ace Airport Parking on the number on your confirmation option 1.
As you exit the terminal building, follow the signs to "Valet Parking" (where you dropped the car off). Your vehicle will be returned to the designated Maple Manor Parking bays. A uniformed chauffeur will return your vehicle. Please be aware that due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges payable at the exit barrier. If you are returning earlier than the date or time you have provided, we must know 24 hours in advance to avoid any delay. From time to time the meeting point may change at short notice. You will be informed when you call if this will affect you.

Other important information
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £10.00 per day (or part day). No refunds will be issued for part used stays. Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you.

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, ACE will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.

Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.

what happens if flight times changeHello, if it's a flexible booking we can change the times, otherwise you would need to notify the car park directly if you have already travelled and they would charge any additional fees locally.
