Blue Circle Meet & Greet

Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time. If you do NOT receive a call, please call us on the above number when you are 15 -20 minutes away from the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmation once you have collected all your luggages in the baggage hall. In case of any delays please let us know. Our chauffer will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.

What security measures does the car park have?

Secure car park close to airport. It is manned with 24-hour security, regular patrols and a high perimeter fence.

Communications god but it would have helped if the instructions said "When you get to Valet Parking, press the white button for a ticket". It would help if there was a trolley park near the parking. Can a disabled person be dropped off at the terminal before taking the car to Valet Parking? Return worked fine and my wife was taken to the car in a wheelchair.

Easy drop off and collection, in fact the young lad who dropped off our car on return was very pleasant and we made his day as he loved driving our car the short distance. Second time we have used the service and would not hesitate to use it again.

Excellent service and attendants. However on my trip back at 1.30 in the morning I called the first number on the card which was not available and then tried the other two numbers and they were not answered and had to leave a voice mail. Someone should pick up the phone and I wasn’t called back. I made my way to the valet parking and luckily enough my car was there. One of the numbers of the card should be answered by the company

Good efficient Service, friendly staff. It's a bit of a trek if its raining, that's why not 5 star. It was great to see our car waiting for us on arrival at 02.30 am. Have used this company many times, with no problems.

Easy access to airport just a few minute walk. Busy when we arrived so had to wait a while. Return all OK. Will definitely use again. Although originally we booked car park for 14 nights, changed holiday due to covid and only stayed 10 nights, charged same amount.

It was not well sign posted..but very well organised once we found it. Main disappointment was it was a fair walk to the terminal, being elderly, we use Meet and Greet to get as close as we can.

Two minute walk from the departures terminal. A member of the team was waiting for us when we arrived to drop the car off. On arrival, we called the company when we received our luggage & the car was waiting for us at the same point we dropped it off. Very professional staff & service, we will definitely use this company again.

Please call us when you're 15-20 minutes away from the airport on the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation .

Departure Instructions
Make your way to the designated Meet & Greet pick up point, (sat nav postcode B26 3QJ). As you arrive at the airport, please follow the signs for 'VALET PARKING' which is located just before Car Park 3. Enter through the barrier, then park in bays 25-27 & 39-42. Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all of your booking details. Please allow at least 5 minutes to walk over to the airport terminal.

Return Instructions
On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are ready to head home, please call the number provided when your car was dropped off. Please do call us if there is any delay for your return journey. One of our chauffeurs will then deliver your car to the agreed pick up point.


Other important information
Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, the driver will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone the car park ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used book

The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day. This is subject to change.
