Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time. If you do NOT receive a call, please call us on the above number when you are 15 -20 minutes away from the terminal

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmation once you have collected all your luggages in the baggage hall. In case of any delays please let us know. Our chauffer will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.

What security measures does the car park have?

Secure car park close to airport. It is manned with 24-hour security, regular patrols and a high perimeter fence.

Good service on the whole- slight problem was that outward, too many people arrived at the same time which meant waiting around in torrential rain. On the whole a great service with just a short wait on the return

Superb! Exactly as you would hope for, and expect. I've had problems with other M&G operators in the past, but this was the best experience I have had. On arrival the collection was efficient, helpful and cheery, even at 4.30 in the morning. On return, at 8pm, called after collecting my baggage, and on arriving at the collection point, the car was sitting there. No delays whatsoever. A great relief to a very long day.

Very disappointed on this occasion, parked up in the allocated bays as requested on the the phone. This was on Friday the 10th May at about 1510 hrs, it was raining (no it was a down pore with thunder and lightning)and I asked the supervisor, however he said it wasn't one of his as all he seemed to want was to get out of the rain. After about 20 minutes I ended up going to the payment hut (small one on the left) and asked the same supervisor the question again and he then produced my paperwork. I was really hacked off as both myself and my wife were soaked which is not the best way to start a holiday especially as we had to get changed before we flew. The other parking companies seemed to be coping !! 1 bad experience would probably not stop me using this facility again.

Easy to get to and a great drop off point for the main terminal. Only down side was the delay in getting my car when I came home. It wasn’t a long wait.... but 20 I think was longer than I expected.... plus it was freezing and I didn’t have a coat.

Only confusion was a text being sent an hour before I was due to arrive at the airport saying the company ‘look forward to seeing you tomorrow’ but that was quickly resolved with a phone call. Also headed into the NCP office on my return journey as not clear where to head (attendant is outside, no office). But car was collected as I arrived and waiting for me when I got back - only called them 10 minutes before. Great service and would use again.

The staff were very friendly and the hand-overs were efficient. It took a few tries to get through to them on the supplied phone numbers, but they were obviously a bit busy. Vehicle was returned on time in good condition, which is the main thing you want.

All went well in the end but on arrival, nobody seemed to know of FHR and wanted to know who's Meet and Greet service we were using. The confirmation email didn't say and I couldn't remember as I have used several company's in the past. It was Drivefly. Could you please include the company's name when confirming the booking.

Departure Procedure
Telephone: the number on your confirmation 3 / the number on your confirmation 0

IMPORTANT: If you do NOT receive a call, please call us on the above number when you are 15-20 minutes away from the terminal..

On arriving at the Terminal, follow signs for Valet Parking, which is just before car park 3 and in between Car Park 2/3.
You need to enter the "Valet Parking" Carpark.
Take a ticket from the barrier before entering the "Valet Parking" car park and hand this to your driver.
Once you have entered the Valet Parking car park, proceed to park in bays 25,26,27,39,40,41,42

Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs at the prearranged meeting point, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.

Return Procedure
Please call Drivefly on the number on your confirmation 3 / the number on your confirmation 0 once you have collected all your luggage. In case of any delays please let Drivefly know.
The Drivefly chauffeur will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport at the same point where you dropped your vehicle.

If you're going to arrive outside the time arranged, please give the car park as much notice as possible.

Please be aware that due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges payable at the exit barrier. If you are returning earlier than the date or time you have provided, we must know 24 hours in advance to avoid any delay. From time to time the meeting point may change at short notice. You will be informed when you call if this will affect you.

Other important information
Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Drivefly prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Drivefly will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Drivefly ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used book

Good morning Is it possible for your operators to meet and greet at the disabled spaces in the car park at Birmingham airport as when we booked last time we had to walk halfway round the airport and it would have been quicker and easier to just book with someone like APH Many thanks Alan GrayThey can only meet you in the designated area which is on your confirmation. They have advsied us that it is only a few minutes walk to the airport. You could ask the airport for  special assistance if required 
Do i leave my car keys thereWith a mmet and greet they need your keys so they can drive it to the secure compound and bring it back to the airport on return
