FHR Meet and Greet - Non refundable

Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time. If you do NOT receive a call, please call us on the above number when you are 15 -20 minutes away from the terminal

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmation once you have collected all your luggages in the baggage hall. In case of any delays please let us know. Our chauffer will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.

What security measures does the car park have?

Secure car park close to airport. It is manned with 24-hour security, regular patrols and a high perimeter fence.

All relatively smooth although drop off point was very confusing and congested. Small carpark with nowhere to pull in (recommended/dedicated car park slots all taken ) Car was there waiting when i returned all in all Minor issues good customer service from the guys checking and returning cars on site. would use again

I was expecting a Meet & Greet service, but I had to drive into a carpark next door to carpark 3 and hand the keys of my car to a man who was just hanging around the carpark. He doesn't work from an office and just keeps all his paperwork (and keys) in a briefcase. It was still quite a long walk to departures. On my return I phoned,as requested at midnight after I had picked up my suitcase. I then walked in the dark back to the carpark. It was rather unnerving and had to wait a couple of minutes for my car to be brought to the carpark. I won't be paying the extra for a non-Meet & Greet service at Birmingham Airport again!

There were muddy boot prints left, both on the front and rear carpets of the car. It looks like Blue Circle is parking their cars in a field somewhere. I am going to have to spend the weekend cleaning the carpets....ugh! We had just cleaned them before setting off to Birmingham. Really unhappy that the car was returned in this state. It ought to be returned as it was left. I am still going to score as a three star due to the promptness of the service and its close proximity to the terminal building.

A great service, drive in and park, leave your vehicle and walk to departures which is a couple of minutes walk. On return once you have your luggage ring the numbers given and let them know you are on your way to collect vehicle. Collect your key from the office and you’re on your way home. Excellent service.

Service was good value. Valet parking, which is alongside Car Park 3 at BHX, is a 5 or so minute walk from the terminal, at other airports the drop off and collection is closer. Signage back to the Car Park is not great. Combined valet parking with a stay at the Novotel, so we could just walk across the road for a very early flight.

Please call us when you're 15-20 minutes away from the airport on the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation .


Departure Instructions
Make your way to the designated Meet & Greet pick up point, (sat nav postcode B26 3QJ). As you arrive at the airport, please follow the signs for 'VALET PARKING' which is located just before Car Park 3. Enter through the barrier, then park in bays 25-27 & 39-42. Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all of your booking details. Please allow at least 5 minutes to walk over to the airport terminal.

Return Instructions
On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are ready to head home, please call the number provided when your car was dropped off. Please do call us if there is any delay for your return journey. One of our chauffeurs will then deliver your car to the agreed pick up point.


Other important information
Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, the driver will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone the car park ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used book

Good morning Is it possible for your operators to meet and greet at the disabled spaces in the car park at Birmingham airport as when we booked last time we had to walk halfway round the airport and it would have been quicker and easier to just book with someone like APH Many thanks Alan GrayThey can only meet you in the designated area which is on your confirmation. They have advsied us that it is only a few minutes walk to the airport. You could ask the airport for  special assistance if required 
Do i leave my car keys thereWith a mmet and greet they need your keys so they can drive it to the secure compound and bring it back to the airport on return
