Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time. If you do NOT receive a call, please call us on the above number when you are 15 -20 minutes away from the terminal

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmation once you have collected all your luggages in the baggage hall. In case of any delays please let us know. Our chauffer will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.

What security measures does the car park have?

Secure car park close to airport. It is manned with 24-hour security, regular patrols and a high perimeter fence.

All works very well and staff are friendly and helpful. Pricing is fair. The only issue is that the Meet and Greet area is too far away from the terminal. Ok on a warm day or night but very inconvenient if it is cold or raining and you have just returned from a hot holiday. A return to the area where drop off is would be very useful and make this a definite re-book.... as it is, not so sure - would depend on flight dates and timings

Easy to find, polite and courteous driver. My only downside to this is there was no trolley for my suitcase to use and although it's meet and greet you do have a 3-4 minute walk to the terminal so not good if you have any walking issues. Would book again with this company.

Parking was well signposted and easy to get to. Allotted time slots for bay parking at the valet parking. The driver was friendly and answered any questions. Took the car keys and drove car to their designated car park. I had my elderly parents with me so the walk to the arrivals at the airport was a bit longer than I had anticipated. If I was on my own I would book with this company again. But to be honest it is a bit of a fair walk to the terminal when you’re dragging your suitcases behind you.

Did what they said they would. Prompt service when we dropped the car off. Short wait on return but acceptable. Only slight gripe would be the dirt in the drivers footwell when we picked car up - it was in fairness a very wet day, but they could have put a protective cover down.

The valet parking area at Birmingham has moved and is now far less convenient, and quite a walk to the terminal. The whole point of paying for this is the proximity to the building and this move has made this worse. The service at drop off was good but I had quite a wait when I collected my car, and it seems the service i have used many times has dropped which is disappointing.

Very easy and excellent service. There were people available when we arrived to drop the car off and it took around 5 minutes to walk to the departures. On our return we called and were told the car would be ready in 5 minutes. Outstanding service all round.

The outbound journey; very easy to drop car with no problems The return journey; telephoned as required after collecting luggage. Stood around waiting for car in the wind and some rain. A bit too long really. A;lthough a short walk to departures, in bad weather it might be good to have been ferried to the terminal so to keep warm/dry

Meet & Greet car park well signed at Birmingham Airport on arrival we were met after about 1 minute and car handed over. On return car arrived back after about 1 minute when we had walked to the car park. Staff very pleasant and efficient at all times, I will certainly use again.

The meet and great was straight forward enough but we do think the walk from the parking spaces to the departures is to far, if it had been raining or snowing we would have been drenched. We do not go on holiday with raincoats and at other meet n great airports there has never been the need, as the drop off is so much closer to the terminal than Birmingham. I know it is very hard for space at Birmingham but I do think you need to review this or review the price you charge for quite a long walk. The person who was there to great us was very polite and courteous

Overall excellent. Had a slight problem in that on our early outbound flight the office hours telephone number given to us to receive our vehicle was not available for the pre-arrival telephone call but the collection guys on arrival were spot on . Would appreciate a contact number for out of of hours. We had such for our return which was excellent

Excellent, efficient service. All as indicated on the booking. Close drop off to the airport terminal - very convenient. Prompt return of my car - it was lovely to have it ready and waiting for me after my long flight. The service and the competitive price charged means I will definitely use FHR again.

Worked fine - plenty of staff available on arrival and short walk to terminal. On return, rang as we exited Customs, and car arrived at valet pick-up point within minutes of us, despite it being 5am on a Sunday morning. Would definitely use again.

Departure Procedure
Telephone: the number on your confirmation 3 / the number on your confirmation 0

IMPORTANT: If you do NOT receive a call, please call us on the above number when you are 15-20 minutes away from the terminal..

On arriving at the Terminal, follow signs for Valet Parking, which is just before car park 3 and in between Car Park 2/3.
You need to enter the "Valet Parking" Carpark.
Take a ticket from the barrier before entering the "Valet Parking" car park and hand this to your driver.
Once you have entered the Valet Parking car park, proceed to park in bays 25,26,27,39,40,41,42

Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs at the prearranged meeting point, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with our Drivefly company logo on it.

Return Procedure
Please call Drivefly on the number on your confirmation 3 / the number on your confirmation 0 once you have collected all your luggage. In case of any delays please let Drivefly know.
The Drivefly chauffeur will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport at the same point where you dropped your vehicle.

If you're going to arrive outside the time arranged, please give the car park as much notice as possible.

Please be aware that due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges payable at the exit barrier. If you are returning earlier than the date or time you have provided, we must know 24 hours in advance to avoid any delay. From time to time the meeting point may change at short notice. You will be informed when you call if this will affect you.

Other important information
Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Drivefly prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Drivefly will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Drivefly ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used book

Good morning Is it possible for your operators to meet and greet at the disabled spaces in the car park at Birmingham airport as when we booked last time we had to walk halfway round the airport and it would have been quicker and easier to just book with someone like APH Many thanks Alan GrayThey can only meet you in the designated area which is on your confirmation. They have advsied us that it is only a few minutes walk to the airport. You could ask the airport for  special assistance if required
