Walkways to/from airport building is quite fraught. Signage on approach to carparking areas is also a challenge - lots of small writing on lots of signs, requiring a slow approach which it not appreciated by other car drivers who know where they are going! Once we were there, the valet parking worked without a hitch, although car mileage and condition not prior to arrival was notable by its absence. On questioning, was told it would be recorded later.

Booked as had used before, previously you could drive into the Drop and Go, get your passengers and luggage offloaded, then pop down to the Valet Parking kiosk in the same car park. With the new set up, the Valet parking is right at the bottom by car park 3, we had specifically booked this as we were travelling with an 89 year old, so now had to make 2 trips, once into car park near terminal to drop other passengers off, then back around to Valet parking, same process in reverse on return. Although the service was efficient, seems odd that the "premium" option is one of the furthest of the 3 closest car parks to the terminal building, probably won't use again.

Took only 10 minutes to drop my car off. On return I was in my car and on my way in 5 minutes. Excellent service and very polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
