Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

When entering the Valet car park, push the ticket button at the entry barrier. Take your ticket, leave your car in the Valet car park and then go to the Valet Parking cabin, adjacent to the exit.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call us on the number on your confirmation7 when you have reached the baggage reclaim so we know you are on your way. Go to the NCP Valet parking office, where your vehicle will be waiting for you.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be parked on Airport in a Park Mark accredited car park Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

Non Flexible and cannot be cancelled or amended (except for vehicle details)

Directions for Valet Parking - Winter Special

Product is Non Flex. Cannot be cancelled or Amended. Personal Details and Vehicle Reg details can be amended up to 4 hours before arrival

Leave the M42 at junction 6 and proceed along the A45, following the signs to the airport. On arrival at the airport follow signs for the Valet Parking.

On Arrival

When entering the Valet car park, push the ticket button at the entry barrier. Take your ticket, leave your car in the Valet car park and then go to the Valet Parking cabin, adjacent to the exit. Our staff will then complete some checks before taking your vehicle keys and parking for you. Please call us on the number on your confirmation in case of any difficulties.

On Return

Please call us on the number on your confirmation 7 when you have reached the baggage reclaim so we know you are on your way. Please let us know of any reason you might be delayed in getting to the car park. Go to the NCP Valet parking office, where your vehicle will be waiting for you. At the exit barrier press for assistance and quote your booking reference so we can raise the barrier for you.
