What else do I need to know?

We have restrictions for vehicles over 3.5 tonne vehicles and black taxis. The Vehicle may be moved to a different compound when operationally necessary. The maximum distance travelled is 10 miles. The Vehicle will be checked for damage upon arrival, the Company does not record minor damage i.e. stone chips, scuffs, scratches of less than 6 inches, dents smaller than a 3 inch diameter or interior damage. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than booked, extra days are £15

We booked through FHR and cannot fault their service. Very friendly and responsive to a change we needed to make. The booking had instructions to call the car park 30 minutes before arrival. When we called we were told that we had been "upgraded" to meet and greet. At a different location. There was no choice given and we specifically didn't want meet and greet, as we wanted to park our car ourselves, rather than have someone drive our car to park it god knows where. As we had no choice, we complied and it worked out ok, but was not the service we specially wanted.

Usually FHR is immaculate but Luton Airport is very badly signposted and the person on the phone didn’t give enough detail to find the driver, which was a bit irritating, especially after waiting 18 minutes after getting through Customs. However the drivers are really helpful and FHR hardly ever put a foot wrong. We will be back!

Great place to park. In centre of Luton next to the train station, easy to find and very near to airport. Staff who met us at the parking were prompt and very friendly. Quick and efficient transfer to the airport. Would definitely recommend!

I used the Swift Park and Ride for first time. The car park is located next to Rail station. As per their instructions, I called at least 30mins before my scheduled booked time. When I got in the carpark, called them again to let them now that I arrived. I had to call them 3 times more until they picked us up, ended with 50mins waiting in the car park! I have 'Call Recorder' app on my phone and I can prove it! As a result, after another 10-15mins to the Airport we missed the flight! They use 6-seater small van which can not pick more passenger and they have to do many courses! In the past I used at least 3 different carparks around Luton Airport and never waited more then 10-15mins! Totally unreliable car park!

It's OK driver friendly .But parking in a multistorey carpark is not ideal and having to call them to arrange collection from car to airport is a pain especially if you are running late. On return you have to call driver from baggage claim and he leaves to collect you was told 10 to 15 min but 30 min later still waiting as he had just collected someone when we called and left airport so its a 30min round trip

Really friendly team that dropped us at the airport and picked us up to bring back to the parking. Didn't realise that the parking was actually more in Luton town centre, but it's really close to the airport and the guys running the service have got it sorted really efficiently. Lovely van that we were transferred in. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

It was hard to find. We used satnav, postcode, and address, we then phoned. We drove underneath the car park 3 times but could not find the upper level where the entrance was. Transfer was fine. Staff were polite. I could find it next time but thats because I now know where it is.

On Arrival
Please call on the number on your confirmation at least 30 minutes before the prearranged park and Ride meeting.
It is important to make this call if you are running late or early. That way our staff will be aware of your situation and assistance will be allocated accordingly.
Following the signs for Luton Train Station Multi-Storey Car Park.
Follow signs for Level 5
Continue to Level 5 of the Multi-Storey Car Park where you will be met by one of our members of staff.
You can park the car yourself and keep your keys/
On Return - Please call the number on your confirmation when you arrive in the baggage hall , this will give us ample time to ensure your transport back to the car park is waiting for you at the agreed meeting point.

The car park will cover your exit fees for up to 15 minutes. If the driver must wait longer than 15 minutes you will need to pay £5 to exit

the car park and this will continue to increase the longer the driver has to wait; please note that this is an airport charge. We will always try to be flexible and adhere to your needs and requirements where possible

From M1
At Junction 10, head left on the slip road for A1081 towards Luton South
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit for M1 towards Capability Green Business Park / Hitchin / Luton
Keep straight to get onto A1081
Bear left onto A505 towards Hitchin / Vauxhall Plant
Go through 3 roundabouts, staying on A505
At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit for Saint Mary's Road
Continue church Street
At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit
Road name changes to Saint Mary's Road
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit for church Street
Keep straight to get onto church Street
Turn left onto Burr Street
Turn left onto Midland Road
Arrive at Midland Road
