Very quickly and well behaved Highly recommended

Very good service staying at Holiday Inn and car park short way away. Check in quick and easy. Did not use the shuttle to airport as Holiday Inn had a shuttle, On return quick phone call and the car was delivered promptly to meeting point would definitely use again .

Unfortunately I had to call and cancel our booking on the morning we were travelling as our car broke down and we had to get a taxi .

Courteous and efficient service Suggest you call office before getting to airport for directions

If you drop your car off when it’s busy you may have to wait quite some time as they only have one small 8 seater mini bus to transfer customers. We factored their 3min transfer time into our journey, not 30 minuets! On return I paid extra for a meet and greet. Tried ringing the number provided but their system was down so their phones didn’t work, so we were stuck with our luggage panicking what to do! I had to trace back through the emails to find a mobile number to ring, which worked! Not everyone would think to do this! When I finally spoke to someone, I was then informed they did not have the staff to drop my car off. I then had to wait for the mini bus to come and get us to then take us back to the car park and collect my car. Not the meet and greet service I paid for!! Avoid!

The pick up service was spot on, couldn’t fault it. However, arriving to a car park that states a 3 minute transfer to the terminal, you do not expect one, 9 seater bus, running for lots of passengers and a 50 minute wait (before 5am and a cold wait) for your transfers. Let themselves down big time, poorly advertised.
