Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the hotel.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the hotel

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles.

Everything worked well but 40 miles extra was on my clock so I didn’t realise you were that far away from the airport, ( that’s a lot of petrol these days)

The staff were prompt courteous and helpful, both for instructions on meeting me at the hotel and also on my return. I have used Book FHR.com for many years and their service throughout the time has been impeccable. There was a problem with the initial booking and the staff replied promptly with e:mail and follow up phone call to ensure that all details were correct.

Having had to change original booking from London Gatwick to London Stansted, the customer service support was excellent. The experience of dropping the car at the hotel, staying the night at the Hampton and receiving the car back was faultless I would certainly recommended using the services of FHR in the future

The car drop-off and collection at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel was seamless, the pick-up from the terminal on return equally speedy, so very happy with the car/valet arrangements. However, I wasn't impressed with the hotel reception which failed to recognise the valet parking arrangement and have sent me a £100 parking fine! I hope this can be resolved, but better liaison between the operators would help for my next trip.

IMPORTANT
It is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in a delay in being met.

You will be met outside the Hampton by Hilton hotel on arrival, Please make sure you register your vehicle at the hotel reception to avoid a fine for being in their car park. Drop off is free for hotel guests as long as your car is registered at reception on checking in.

To cover airport forecourt access fees on return, £7 will be payable by you at the barrier, as a forecourt exit fee, on your return.

Outbound meet instructions
Please remember to call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport, then follow signs for the Hampton by Hilton hotel. You will be met outside the hotel.

Return instructions
Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. It is essential to make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles to ensure a prompt delivery of your car. Please remain on the same level as departures.
Due to new tariffs on the forecourt, your car is unable to be on the forecourt for more than 10 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car and exit the forecourt within the 10 minute period, as you are now required to pay the exit fee at the barrier of £5 by credit card contactless/pin or by cash for up to 10 mins. (EMERGENCY No. the number on your confirmation )

If you are longer than 10 minutes, you may also be liable for any other excess fees (£50 over 10 minutes)
On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.
