What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call us on the number on your confirmation3 10 minutes from the airport. Drive to the Passenger Drop-Off area and park in Approved Operator marked bays. We will find you.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call us when you have all your luggage on the number on your confirmation. Your car will be immediately dispatched and should be waiting where you dropped it off.

What security measures does the car park have?

Car parks have the Park Mark Safer Parking Award. We have CCTV, 24 Hour security presence, secure fencing and alarmed offices.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

Please also note that unless your car 1. is displaying a valid tax disc and contains a valid tax disc for your return date 2. has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit or is in any other way unsafe to drive 3. under 5m in length - No LWB vans the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. Iif you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted.

Excellent service and mobile reminders. Easy to find parking spot and did not have to wait for car to be collected as driver was there quickly both on arrival and on return from airport. Price was good and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. I would certainly use again.

This is the second time we have used ABC Gatwick Meet and Greet and the service was probably better this time around. Very professional and although we had to wait approx 10 minutes in our car before the driver arrived on way back the car was ready and waiting - much appreciated given it was 2.15 am on a Sunday morning!

Excellent efficient service and set up. Would have given five stars but apparently, because of early morning flight and drivers were limited, we had to wait 20 minutes before we were met on arrival. I had called 10 minutes before arrival to give ETA as well. On return to Gatwick; called from customs and by the time we got outside, the car was already there waiting for us. That was at 23.40.

Arrived at Gatwick at 05:00. Parking rep was waiting as promised. Quick, easy handover. No probs. Arrived back at 07:00 Boxing Day morning. Called phone number provided as soon as we cleared customs and when we arrived at pick up point, car was waiting for us. Can't praise this company enough for their service. 5 star. Will definitely use again, and will recommend to everyone I can.

Directions for ABC Gatwick Meet and Greet Parking

Attached to your confirmation is a permit - you need to PRINT THIS and take it with you to the airport -
This permit allows for the customer to alight on the forecourt area (the areas have been notified to you within your booking confirmation) and to do so within a 5 minute period, the permit does not allow indefinite parking on the forecourt area - if you have arrived too early or your meet and greet chauffeur is not awaiting on your arrival you may be asked to wait away from the terminal forecourt area. Customers who are seen to be waiting for over 5 minutes will be asked to move on by traffic wardens / marshals. Please note that only customers of approved valet parking companies may use this area.

Your Meet and Greet parking at Gatwick Airport is booked with an approved operator - ABC Gatwick - You are authorised to meet on the terminal forecourts at Gatwick Airport. If you are challenged by traffic wardens or marshals please state that your parking is with ABC Gatwick - Please only use Approved Operator signed parking bays at the terminal forecourt as detailed below.

We need an accurate return flight landing time and number to avoid delays returning your vehicle. Please be ready to verify this at the terminal when you hand your car to the chauffeur.

2. Drive onto the South Terminal at Gatwick Airport
3. Follow the signs for PASSENGER DROP OFF
4. Drive to the Orange Area at the far end and park in the last lay-bys marked Approved Operators
5. Your driver will find you

2. Drive onto the North Terminal at Gatwick Airport
3. Follow the signs for PASSENGER DROP OFF
4. Please be sure to take the right hand lane and park in the lay-bays marked Approved Operators
5. Your driver will find you

1. Collect all your luggage from the carousel and clear customs
2. Call our 24/7 contact number the number on your confirmation
3. Follow your map we will give you to PASSENGER DROP OFF AND COLLECTION - it is sign posted
4. Your car will be returned to where you dropped it off

IMPORTANT - Your car must be taxed until your return date - it must have has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit - it must NOT in any way be unsafe to drive - it must be under 5m in length (No LWB vans). If your vehicle does not meet this criteria the driver will NOT be able to take it and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

The car park operates on an appointment based system and there are stringent no waiting restrictions at the airport. Please notify us of any changes to your itinerary as soon as possible. If you are early or late we will do our very best to accommodate you as quickly as we can.

hI! I would like just to ask you if the fees for entry and exit are included in the price. Is it going to be £36.90 totally? and for example my return is at 17:15 , i can put at 19:00 to pick it up, but if in case there is any delay 1-2 hours (not after 23:59) are you going to charge me more? thank youThe price quoted on the screen is the total amount you will pay.
