Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call ACE parking twenty minutes before arrival to your terminal on the number on your confirmation0 and select OPTION 1 - A uniformed ACE or Maple Manor Parking agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call ACE on the number on your confirmation0 once you have **collected your luggage and cleared customs** to request your vehicle returned. Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone ACE ASAP.

What security measures does the car park have?

Uses modern security systems such as alarms and/or CCTV and is regularly visited by a specially trained Police Officer to maintain their Park Mark award.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. ACE Parking is also unable to accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £10 per day.

Takes the stress out of parking and leaving car at the airport. Easy, quick, short and mostly undercover access to departure baggage drop. Car waiting on arrival. no buses and no standing around waiting in the cold for transfers. Bliss.

Directions for ACE Meet & Greet LGW (LM)

Please be aware it is important to check traffic updates before you leave. There are long-term scheduled roadworks on the M23 near Gatwick Airport. These include overnight closures to the M23 and M23 Junction 10, that may affect your journey to the car park.

You no longer need to call Ace Parking on your way to Gatwick unless you are arriving more than 2 hours early or late.
Please just make sure you follow carefully the directions and arrival instructions below to the meeting point at your terminal. You can still call us if you need any help on the day of travel, otherwise just proceed to the dedicated meeting point below where our friendly staff will check your details and our drivers check over and park your car.
For help on the day, if needed, call Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation and select option 1. Please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you.

Directions & Arrival instructions

North Terminal- Sat. Nav. Postcode RH6 0NX (please follow directions below from the North Terminal roundabout)

As you approach the North Terminal Roundabout follow the brown signs for 'Hampton-by-Hilton Hotel'. Drive past the Shell Fuel Station to the next roundabout and at that roundabout take the 2nd exit - still following the BROWN SIGNS for the 'Hampton-by-Hilton Hotel'.

Follow the road to the 'Hampton-by-Hilton Hotel' car park. AT THE BARRIER, PLEASE ENTER THE CODE "1992" to enter the dedicated Meet and Greet area. Drive to the far end of the car park where you will find the meeting point. Park in any of the reserved Ace Parking bays and make yourself known to our team who will check your car in and collect your keys.

South Terminal- Sat. Nav. Postcode RH6 0LL

As you drive in to the South Terminal, please stay in the right hand lane and follow signs for SHORT STAY & PICK UP. At the SHORT STAY barriers take a ticket which you will need to give to your driver. Drive in to the ORANGE CAR PARK and go up to LEVEL 1. At LEVEL 1 turn right and you will see the APPROVED OPERATOR AREA. Please park up in row D or E as near as you can to the lifts. Please make yourself known to the uniformed Ace (or Maple Manor) staff so that the necessary documentation can be completed with you promptly and you can proceed to check in.

Return Instructions
If you are returning ahead of schedule we must have at least 24 hrs notice to ensure that your vehicle is ready for you upon your return. As soon as you have collected all of your luggage and are ready to clear customs- Call Ace Parking on the number on your confirmation (select option 1) then proceed to arrivals. Be sure to look out for your car and have your documentation to hand as our driver will need to confirm your identity. Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, after your phone call to tell us you are ready for it, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Park.

North Terminal Please note that the North Terminal meeting point has recently changed - so please read directions carefully.

As you leave the North Terminal Customs area, head towards the Terminal's main exit doors. Just before the exit doors, take a lift to Level 1 following signs to the 'Hampton-by-Hilton Hotel'. Continue past the hotel reception, through the automatic doors and along the covered walkway to the car park / meeting point. Take the lift down to the ground floor (level 0) and exit the lift. As you enter the car park turn left where you will see the dedicated Ace Parking bays (numbered 1-35) where your car will be returned to.

South Terminal Please exit the terminal building and follow signs for the 'Short Stay Car Parks' (Orange Car Park 3). Your vehicle will be returned to the 'Approved Operator Area' in Orange Car Park 3 - level 1, ready for you to drive home.
Other Important Information
Due to ongoing works at Gatwick Airport Terminals, the meeting point might change whilst the works are being carried out and in such cases you will be advised when you call us prior to arrival or return.

Vehicle Restrictions
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long).
Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Ace Parking prior to the drop off date.
Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal and/or safe to drive, Ace Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date. Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Ace Parking ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return.
Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
Meeting point subject to change: Due to ongoing work at both terminals at Gatwick, the 'Approved' meeting points could change on the day. You will be informed when you call if there are any changes that will affect you.
Vehicle Inspection: Please allow enough time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car.
