Just give a call to 07999969031 or 01342545064 when you're about 30 minutes away from the car park. It's a good idea to arrive at least 30 minutes before your earliest check-in time. When you get to the car park, you'll be checked in quickly and given a receipt. A minibus driver will then take you straight to your terminal as soon as you're ready.
What is the pick-up procedure?
When you return, simply call 07999969031 or 01342545064, and a minibus will be on its way to you. The driver will bring you back to the car park, where you'll get your keys back for the drive home.

On the drop off I have nothing to complain about.On the return was a different thing altogether! I am disabled so need to drive to the airport we were told to call a number once we left baggage area and I did I was told to go to the collection point as my disability includes mobility issues I said so and he said just make your way to the meeting point the driver will be there. So we made our way when we got there (the walk took me 25 mins as so far from building) there was no pick up van. I called and received a rude and dismissive answer the next bus will be in 30 mins! I explained it was wet and freezing and I was disabled with no immune system he snapped should have been at the stop on time and put the phone down! I had used this service twice before and been treated so well but never again.

Sorry but I'll have to put a negative review as I never used the service because my car broke down on the day and still got charged, your staff wasn't helpful at all ?? so for me a bad experience.

We landed at 15.30 rang as soon as we got our cases and was stood waiting an hour to be picked up. We rang about 3 times because at first you said half an hour and then we had to ring again to ask if you were coming.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I booked a long-stay parking service, expecting professionalism and care, but instead, my car was returned with a noticeable dent—something they never informed me about. The lack of honesty and responsibility is shocking. To make matters worse, they cheekily got me to leave a 5-star review on Trustpilot before I even saw my car! This is nothing short of a con. Their tactics to manipulate reviews are misleading, and I can only assume many others have fallen for this. If you value your car and your trust, avoid this company at all costs. I wish I had checked real customer feedback before booking.
