Arrived at car park 5 to see a notice - closed - Covid Testing Centre. Please use car park 1. Went to car park 1 received a welcome message from number plate recognition, please enter. Parked up and collected car 10 days later, went to exit and barrier raised as I pulled up to it. Excellent.

Great price for two weeks parking at Birmingham Airport, Car Park 1. No issues, drove up to barrier and Number plate recognised straight away; same on leaving after the holiday. Good location, short walk (2 mins) to the terminal. All in all a good experience and recommend to all.

The instructions for arrival didn’t work. When we arrived the machine/barrier didn’t automatically give us a ticket. Had to press button to get a ticket, which meant when we returned to leave we had to use the intercom at the barrier to exit without paying £360

Upon arrival to Car park 5 I was unable to enter the car park, normally this occurs automatically via number plate recognition with all other prepaid carparks I have visited. I had a car behind me, and he indicated that car park 5 was for airport staff only. I them spoke to the intercom, and he indicated that I needed to go to car park 1, and said I should have seen the sign on the entrance to the car park. I proceeded the reverse out of the car park, with is not so simple at 4am, and with traffic cones all around me. The signs are completely inadequate, and not fit for purpose as they are not visible to drivers, entering the car park from the access road. But more importantly, why can't you send an email, text message 24 hours prior to parking, if the car parking slot has been reallocated? You made a simple activity into a stressful one, as I had to drive around to find the alternative car park, and not knowing the airport well it was not so easy. On a positive note, once parked, the place was adequate, and I was able to enter and exit without issues.

The booking procedure is very efficient with all the information provided and it was easy getting into the car park. The car park exit was a bit disappointing as it was quite dark and the route to the terminal wasn’t immediately apparent although we found it fairly well straight away. Would book again as I now know where to go

This is a tough one because I feel you should have communicated to us prior to turning up at car park 5 at 4.15am on day of departure that car park 5 isn't open and we have got a free upgrade to car park 1. Then on arrival at car park 1 the barrier didn't lift and had to take a ticket. I was concerned that I may get charged again bearing in mind the signage at the carpark. Although this was clarified on the 2nd day of my.holiday via email and everything would be fine, a little bit of pro action wouldn't go a miss.

Easy to find and and with a return in the early hours saved on messing about with the courtesy transport as it is a short walk (though outside for 100m or so) to the park lifts.

Not a huge fan of this car park. It was hard to drive around - had dead ends if you didn’t find a space so had to reverse back. Our reg wasn’t recognised on exit and a long wait to get support. Location is great though but might try No2 next time

Valet Parking Flexible

Valet parking as close as you can get to the airport without entering the expensive drop off zone. You can walk to the departure terminal within 5 minutes ( the 2 mins stated when I booked is somewhat unachievable). Closer than car park 1 as you drop off at ground floor. Same location for collection on return and car was available despite turning up 1 hour earlier than I'd stated. Great value at the price.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.

It's not a problem if your flight back to Birmingham Airport is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.
