The parking is difficult to find if you donât know the area. Advice was to use the street name and postcode for satnav but this still wasnât any use. Once found it was all very easy park up book keys in and a bus is sat waiting for a quick trip to terminals. The return has the buses scheduled every 25-30 min. Back at the parking the car was parked ready to go. Would recommend the parking but research the location before setting off.

Good. My only gripe would be that their shuttles to the airport are scheduled every 20mins. So you need to plan your arrival accordingly.

Please revert back to the Bus with separate trailer for Luggage. It was really awkward moving Luggage around the Bus when it is filled with passengers standing.

Very bad service. On way out we had to wait until the bus filled up, which lasted another 25 minutes. We nearly missed our check-in. On the way back we had to wait for 40 minutes since calling that we had landed. Another couple had stood waiting at the same bus stop at Heathrow for more than an hour. Totally unacceptable.

Seems the car was moved to an open car park as the car was returned in a very dirty condition on the outside. This simply wouldn't have happened if parked under cover.

This was the fifth time we have used Purple Parking Business at Heathrow. They are only 10 minutes from terminal 3 and, apart from one occasion when they had a problem with their telephone system on our return, I have always found them quick, efficient and good value for money.

Overall I was pleased with the service. The automated response on arrival seemed rather impersonal when I disembarked. I tried to inform you that the baggage had been exceptionally delayed when I entered my booking number the line just went silent and there was not respons at all.

Unfortunately we are unable to obtain a unique postcode for our car park; therefore you must enter BOTH the postcode and first line of address to arrive without delay. We are sorry to say that if you only enter the postcode there is a likelihood of you being directed to incorrect locations which are nowhere near our car park.

This car park transfers to and from all terminals starting at 03.45.

Leave the M25 motorway at Junction 15 and follow the signposts for the M4 towards London.
Follow the M4 East towards Junction 3.
Leave the M4 motorway at Junction 3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow / Feltham.
At the Jolly Waggoners roundabout turn right at the 3rd ext onto A4 Bath Road towards Heathrow.
After approx. 1 mile, Purple Parking Park & Ride will be on the left, next door to the Premier Inn Hotel.
On Arrival: When you arrive at the car park, a member of the Purple Parking team will direct you to the arrivals area to drop off your car. Go into reception to hand in your keys, then take the included shuttle bus to your terminal, which runs regularly and takes about 12 minutes. Buses run from 3.45am to 11.40pm . If you need to get to or from the car park outside these times you'll need to pay for a taxi.

I live on 22th May at 7:45 and I arrive on the 4th July at 22:45 pm if my flight is delayed will I still be able to get my car when I arrive, need to know before I book space. The transfers run from 03.45 - midnight. if yout flight was delayed and you landed after midnight then you would have to get a taxi back to the car park, which is manned 24 hours a day
You state your service starts from 3 45 does this mean if we land before then we would have to wait till this timeThe car park only operates between 03.45 and midnight. If you land outside these times you would need to book a different car park that operates 24 hours
